Read the fineprint – Please check the fine print on the deals. Recent trip to Gold Coast included 5 x $20 Spa Vouchers. There was no mention that it could only be used on treatments that were longer than 60 mins. Would have been happy if the vouchers weren’t offered in the first place.

Beware – I purchased a holiday to New Caledonia. Having traveled on numerous occasions with other providers transport from the airport to the resort was always included. Nothing on the advertisement indicated that this wasn't the case this time. The distance from the airport to the resort also wasn't shown. A travel consultant from the company phoned me prior to departure to finalise the package. Once again nothing was mentioned about travel or the distance to the airport. When we arrived there was no transport and it was 150 kms to the resort. 2 hours and $200 later we arrived at the resort. Ensure you ask questions prior to booking with this company. If the consultant had mentioned that transport was not part of the price and that it could be purchased separately we would have done so. Especially if she had informed us of the distance from the airport to the resort.
