DO NOT BUY! – After a year of use, the real issues started to surface. Here are a few of them: the ADF jams constantly, even with smooth paper; the drums need replacement far too early for a $2,000 printer; it consumes ink excessively; the main motor died; it makes a loud noise when turned on; and it now shows a power on/off failure error. On top of all this,… Read more

dealing with the technician for servicing is a nightmare—they don’t respond at all. I need to blame my IT department for providing me with this piece of junk.

The worst customer service ever for a premium price – OKI MC873 developing issues one after the others. Customer service is terrible as technicians don't know how to fix the issues. They are very good at promissing and even hanging up the calls rudely. I will make sure none of the OKI will be sold at my locations.

12 month wonder for $2000 – I researched carefully to find a suitable printer for my small business. I purchased the OKI MC853 for $2000. It was the best printer I'd ever owned for 12 months. After 12 months, it has had constant problems, and is much worse than any $200 printer I've ever owned. I have spoken to the Oki helpdesk at least 10 times to get the problems… Read more

resolved. I have had multiple technicians come out to fix it. Every time it seems like the problem is resolved, the printer breaks down again in a week or two. I have had to reinstall the print driver many many times for ALL of my staff as the software keeps breaking down as well.

I have always purchased genuine parts and have spent an absolute fortune on genuine toner, new drum heads and optical driver. I'm left with a 2 year old printer that is completely unreliable and constant call out fees for fixing it.

Poor customer service – I called them a couple of days ago to request stock availability, they said they would have to call me back and didn't bother. Show details

Is this company a scam/shell? – Absolutely shocking! Called multiple times, left many unanswered voicemails, sent emails to this company - ZERO response. Steer Clear! You cannot obtain any form of presales acknowledgement or obtain details regarding shipping dates. Show details

Great customer service - great printer – I bought the MC342W in Nov2015 for use at home because of it's low running cost and functionality (prints, scans directly to computer and copies - multiple pages at once due to feeder). I've recently had an issue with wireless connection due to switching to the NBN. I rang the OKI Australia technical support team. The phone gets diverted to the… Read more

USA. The technician was fabulous and fixed my problem very quickly. Gave very clear and concise instructions, assisting me on my mac computer to ensure problem was 100% resolved and letting me know what other users would need to do. Very happy with my OKI printer. It never jams and is economical to run. I researched well and the printer I purchased meets all my expectations. Very happy with GETOKI as a supplier. When I've needed toner refills, they are delivered very fast (within a couple of days) and I live rural, so am impressed at how fast I receive my parcels. There prices are competitive. Cannot fault them whatsoever!

Don't use GetOki to get an OKI printer – Website is poor. Difficult to raise any response to questions in 2 emails and "livechat". I did not ask about the drum but got the reply "The drum helps the toner go onto the page". At the suggestion of my IT person that OKI were good products, I two Oki printers and they have been delivered to the billing not the delivery address.
