I originally booked a camper from another company only to be told 3 days before my trip they didn't have any boosters for my son anymore. And what's worst is they even tried not refunding my money......

With only a few days before I was about to travel (had to be in Brissie) I found Get About Oz. I called them up gave them my details and within an hour they had found me 2 campers both with boosters.

GetAboutOz was quite helpful at the beginning when they tried to win your business. Once the contract has been signed off they just subcontracted it out to another company. GetAboutOz washed their hands off afterwards.

There were a few things stated in the contract that were not supplied by the subcontractor. Also, the campervan had a very old battery and it just went off after parking the car for 10 minutes without switching off the lights.

When contacted after we got back to Sydney there was no response at all. This really indicates bad customer service.
