SCAM stay away – Ordered Christmas presents in November 2021 it is now the end of January 2022 and still no products. They have said they will not refund me until I have received and returned the products. What a joke. Guess I will waste my time trying to get a refund from PayPal. Would not go near them again.

Fraudulent online Store – I ordered a product at the beginning of December. Nearly two months later, no product, no receipt, no communication at all - the only small evidence i have is a PayPal transaction. I am pleased that the company has integrity. Thank you for your response and product – I ordered a pointing device for a computer 14 days ago and was told prompt delivers. Item has been paid for but nothing buy email conformation of purchase has come. out of stock and the supplier on holidays so the order was delayed and is could be up to 21 business days. Here I am now on 1 Sep and the order still hasn’t arrived, the AusPost tracking status is “it’s being prepared”. So, terrible service, poor communication, the website should have stated the product was out of stock to begin with. They should have simply cancelled the order and given a refund.

no body attend to concerns – products arrived in time. but product had issue after one month. Try to contact by email and online in multiple times. Never had any answers as if there is nobody maintain the aftersales. So my best advise is not to purchase from this site.

Stay away – I have purchased 5 wifi sockets. The description said no getaway required. I could not connect them to my iphone. The app said getaway required. despite claiming that they are in NSW , they are actually located in China as it took too long to deliver and answer some emails. On a positive note they tried to answer my initial emails but clearly had no clue about the product. I would definitely avoid them in the future.

changed in over a week. I'd avoid them in the future. On the positive side, they did respond to my emails, albeit in the early hours of the morning. I'm on the verge of raising a Paypal case as it's been almost 4 weeks since I paid.

Legit website based in nsw – I bought a computer from them. They discovered that they could not send it, kindly refunded everything in timely manner. Eric has been exceptionally polite and reliable. They have some exclusive technology there. I recommend their online shopping platform.
