installation team consisting of an electrician and another worker were excellent. They were on time and the panels were up and the inverter in place by mid-afternoon. The electrician thought I would require a fuse box upgrade and though expensive, I agreed (it was rather old). This was installed the following week and everything seemed fine. Five-star review for GFE coming up. But a few days later the oven kept tripping the breaker. I took a star off because it took nearly 3 weeks of messaging (emails ignored and generally fobbed off) to get the electrician back to rectify the fault (in the end a 5-minute job). Complaining to the employees was useless but talking to the owner got results. My sincere advice is to withhold full payment until the job is completed to your total satisfaction. Check everything. Overall, I'm happy with the install.

monitoring software has shown significant improvements in oue energy usage and has been generating savings since installation - exactly what we were after. System is producing 35kw-45kw /day during winter (can produce more if I was consuming more, but otherwise it is limited to 5kw upfeed into the electricity network).

So although I did have a negative experience initially, Paul continually pressured the Supplier to get a warranty claim, and worked with me to ensure it was sorted correctly.

Have improved the Review score accordingly.

*********Earlier review********** Install Dates were difficult due to supplier constraints and Installers being too busy. Inverter Supplier recently changed Model and Setup - Installers were not familiar with the new system so it caused LOTS of problems with getting it setup and working correctly.

Unfortunately the Installers are Great Electricians... but Poor on Customer service.

Communication and support felt great Before I purchased... but felt like it really dropped off once I had fully paid. Emails would not be answered, and I had to make multiple calls to followup on things.

Talking to the employees was useless, but talking to the Business owner eventually got results.

Overall I would avoid using any system that requires the Internet to monitor (SMA). Also, make sure it is 100% working as promised (over a week or so) before making final payment.

Certainly wasn't the smoothest install, but in the end I do have a working system to reduce my Electricity Bill. (System is producing 9kw out of 10kw during winter - pretty good!)

on time considering that we had rain forecast and falling in our area. Yes we paid more than the other company that never delivered but we had installed Tier 1 components which naturally cost more. This was our decision to go for more expensive and top of the line equipment. We paid a fair and modest price in the end for top quality systems. The whole experience was a pleasure from dealing with James on the sales side to the installers Sam & Sham who were so professional all the way.
