ghd Duet Blowdry Hair Dryer Brush

Brilliant - I loooove this 2 in 1 brush wet to dry perfect blow out in under 20 minutes. First time in my life I can do my own hair. I have frizzy hair and after using the GHD brush I have a perfect smooth blowout. I watched the videos first and I’ve had no trouble using it - I get better at it the more I use it. Got this as a gift for Christmas and was so worried I had wasted my husbands money but it’s worth every $. I look salon ready. It lasts me 5 days between washes and stays smooth and bouncy. Life changing for me.

Awful – Purchased the GHD Duet Blow Dry brush for $600 from their site. It is absolutely beyond over priced and once it arrived I tried it one 3 clients with different hair texture and length. It’s absolutely heavy so if you’re not someone that has the technique or strength this product will sit in a cupboard unused . The brush and bristles I don’t get it … if you have shoulder length hair it’s not going to work at all and definitely not for short hair either . The brush is so big you have to have long hair to get it even remotely close to your root. Over all there is now way this product is worth $600 it isn’t doing anything groundbreaking apart from robbing your bank. It doesn’t get to the root of the hair so your root will be wet and the rest will potentially be dry. I found it didn’t dry the hair or smooth the cuticle to give it lustre as well as my high end bristle brush and blow drier. I gave up on the shoulder length hair and really I thought it did an ok job on the long hair . It’s cumbersome overpriced and when I returned it it’s been 4 weeks I still haven’t got my money back and I have a auspost showing the company received the item 2days after I returned it . I have a email chain 20 emails long and still no refund you can’t call them and you have to wait days for a reply from them Will not be back after this last purchase and I definitely will not be recommending to my clients. I am a 40yr working hair dresser and work across the country so I know my tools and I know when something is working and I know when I am being ripped off and disrespected. Bad product terrible customer service !
