Appalling new bike setup and customer service. Had to go to another bike retailer to get the bike fitted correctly. Original setup so bad we needed a new 15degree 85mm stem to rectify. Giant Sydney took no responsibility at all and washed their hands of me and the bike after there 2nd band aid attempt was only marginally better than the first but way way off where it should have been. The Giant Defy Advanced Pro is a great bike but the setup and service means i will never recommend Giant again (the Defy was my 3rd Giant bike).

 Follow-up  · Still appalling, Have contacted Giant Australia and they have washed their hands of the problem saying the Giant Sydney is a franchise so nothing to do with them. Giant bikes really don't care about their brand or their customers.
