Purchased an item for my daughter, when opened Christmas Day a part was broken on the inside of package and other parts also damaged. We have not had a response to emails sent even after they guaranteed a response within 24 hours. Not a good product, do not recommend.
Bought an item for my child. (Vanity) Turned up damaged, (box was perfect, items were packed poorly and already broken). Have sent multiple emails. No response. This is also an extremely poor quality product in general.
Giantex Electric Dual-Motor Stand up Desk Frame Desk is great. Very sturdy, smooth operation, quiet. I put a 1.8m wide top on it, which is within the spec. The control buttons can't be positioned anywhere near the edge of the desk because the cable from one motor isn't long enough. After checking with them via chat service, Giantex don't sell an extension. I bought one from another store for an additional $30.
I ordered a basketball system for my son from Giantex AU. The order confirmed free shipping and then they sought to extract a shipping charge or they would not supply. They offered to "help" me cancel the order and I left that to them, it wasnt me breaking the contract. Beware their shipping charges.
Scam company, do not buy, there website automatically applied a discount when first time purchaser, total was $20 on a $430 purchase (5%) and because the item was on "special" they cancelled the order. Would not recommend, jump on temu or AliExpress and get better customer service. They are run from china anyway, may as well save your money and buy direct

reviews of giantex online, I was really worried about purchasing, but I couldn't find this product anywhere else so I took my chances and I'm so so happy I did.
It's a beautiful addition to her room and she is obsessed with it.
I honestly can't fault my purchase or experience with giantex.

ignored it, just to see if the product came or not. Tracking details were easy. The product arrived and they are amazing. The quality is excellent better than expensive furniture I have bought. They were easy to assemble, everything lined up. They are solid sturdy and better than expected. They were also packaged really well, like a mummy.
I think it's luck of the draw what products are good and bad, but overall it was easy dealing with the company. I will be looking at other items on their website.

days, which not suitable according to Australian law. I didn't ask for a refund but request for a repair but they won't accept it. Said that they will refund but no reply for more than 3 months even though I keep asking for update.
