So glad the summer pyjamas are in shorts with a top, as the 3/4 pants are way too hot in summer. I agree with previous post $15 postage is too expensive for the small package they come, it makes you question purchasing with added cost. Love the good quality 100% cotton the only ones I will buy.
This company charges $15 postage, yet puts your orders in a small pre paid satchel that costs $11 Rip off. Show details
I bought my first Givoni nightdress from David Jones in Narrogin WA in 1969 and it has been my favourite brand ever since. I love the warm winter night shirts. Pretty buttons are easy to manage. I have just ordered one for summer because if i have to go to hospital again they will come with me. Thank you Givoni Show details
Givoni terrible service and poor quality – Purchased a top from Givoni only to have hole appear in it when ironed after following the care instructions- advised customer care only to be told not their problem I would need to return the top to the shop I purchased it from which was a 5 hour drive away from me and see “ what course of action “ the store would take. They took absolutely no… Read more
care about their product or customer service just pushing back to the store to take care of. I even offered pictures they had no interest in seeing. Terrible brand and clearly not well made clothes as they literally melt when ironed and absolutely no care from the company do not recommend buying anything from this brand expensive and poor quality and terrible service.
Very Poor Customer Service & Garments – I purchased 3 dressing gowns online from this company for my elderly mother. The condition they arrived in was shameful. Covered in white fluff inside and out with loose threads over the garments, threads hanging from seams. One had a dirty collar with what appeared a drink spill down the front of it. 2 arrived in dis-coloured plastic bags… Read more
which had dirt in them, 1 has torn lining where the button holes are, the material is creased due to faults in the material. Obviously these garments were seconds. Giovoni say no, they dont sell seconds that these are the same quality you buy from the department stores. Who were they kidding. You have to pay to return garments. I had previously purchased a Giovoni dressing gown from Myer and it was in immaculate condition. The company did not take on board my feedback. Very poor form. Having been a customer who has purchased their garments over many years for my elderly mother, I was very disappointed in not only the garments but the poor response from this company. You read their return policy and it just disheartens you.
