Horrible dont buy – I bought the round brush hair dryer from them, I had it about a month or shorter and the heat stopped working on it. So I contacted there customer service and explained that the product was defective the heat stopped working and they told me to send in a video of it not working so I did. Than they would not replace it because I was out of my 30… Read more

day warranty. But I dont see how they wont replace it because there product was defective. I can see them not wanting to help if I just wanted to return it. But there product stopped working. So I spent 50.00 for nothing. I wont buy from them ever again.

Ships from China - Horrible Customer Support – They have horrible customer service and extremely slow shipping. Be aware that although they say they are a New York, company, they are drop shipping from China. I ordered my makeup about a month before I needed it for an event I was attending. Two weeks later I had not received any type of shipping email. When I followed up, they said it… Read more

could take up to 20 business days. It shipped the next day and arrived too late for my event. I think they messed on on the shipping and forgot to send it out.

When I contacted customer support (that same [name removed] person other reviews are mentioning) for a refund due to the long shipping, they said I would have to pay return shipping because it arrived within the 20 business days. Their page clearly states up to three weeks for shipping and they did not notify me otherwise of any delay. My biggest problem is that it didn't even ship until almost two weeks after I ordered.

Bottom line - you're getting something from China that will take about a month or more to arrive. If you have problems with the product - good luck on getting any type of refund. I'd recommend going to a local makeup counter you trust and buying products there. Glam Girl is a scam with good advertising.

Still waiting on my order 6+ weeks later – I ordered at light bar on Dec 5. It says 4-6 weeks for delivery as it is coming from China. I got an e-mail that said to contact them for a tracking number. I responded and asked for a tracking number. The e-mail I got back didn't mention a tracking number. It was a generic e-mail that talked about how they are unable to cancel my order. It… Read more

said I would get a tracking update once shipped to the USPS, I never received an update so I checked the status of my order on 1/15/19 by e-mailing them. The response I got again talked about how long shipping takes and to contact them if it had been over 6 weeks. Umm hello, it is 6 weeks!! They sent me a screenshot which included a tracking number that I tracked and it said my order was delivered to Michigan - I live in Louisiana. I am no where near Michigan and LA is the address I listed when I ordered. I e-mailed them back and have yet to hear from them.

Haven’t received my order but they took my money ASAP – When I ordered November 5th it had a New York address. It’s not! (Hong Kong) Got a confirmation of my order and the money was taken out of my account same day. January 12 and Still no product! I emailed twice, no response. And don’t download the Arrive app to track it! They are hacking in your phone through that app! This company needs to be sued ASAP!

Terrible Service – I purchased a light bar from a ad on Facebook in mid December 10th 2018. I had received a email with from this company with a confirmation number. As of January 7 2019, I have not heard or received the light bar. I had sent 3 emails to this company and no response. I had called there customer service, no one to answer, all u can do is leave a message. I will never order from this company Buyer beware!!!!

Crap item, crap service – Purchased this item which was bought online via advertisement on Facebook and Instagram. This item is advertised as a “Celine TM” fork eyebrow pen. It’s supposed to be like a felt tip for your eyebrows to fill in sparse brows and is allegedly waterproof and lasts all day. Purchased the item via the site which is a US site. Paid in US dollars… Read more

($14USD). A few days after it ships. I am waiting. Then I get an email saying there’s a delay with the order being shipped. That’s weird. Anyway, weeks later it’s shipped again. Months later I receive it direct from a Chinese company, not ol’ Glam girl.co. Basically it’s a piece of junk. The pen doesn’t even mark the skin or hair. It came in packaging that does not even say the brand “Celine” and the instructions etc are all in broken English. This item is similar to those I have purchased on eBay for $2 and that’s probably how much the company paid to have it shipped direct to me from the Chinese eBay store. Here I was thinking I was getting a product comparable to the price I paid which was around $20AUD. The item was also advertised that it had been featured in multiple fashion magazines such as Elle etc on the website. Luckily I paid via PayPal and I messaged the company. They refused to refund or send another unless I sent them a video of the pen not working. Ridiculous. The customer service guy was also pretty rude. I have escalated the matter now to PayPal and will probably get a refund, but wanted to write a review in the hope it prevents anyone else wasting their money and time ordering from this company. I will also be posting to their Facebook and Instagram. I really dislike dishonest companies.
