Glasses Online

if you are looking for new glasses that are more affordable then go to firmoo.com, i have bought several pairs through them and they are prescription glasses. if I was to go to say specksavers for example, i would be paying at least $300-$400 for 2 pairs, where as firmoo I got 2 pairs for less than $130 and they are delivered to your door no more having to make a trip to pick them up. so for me firmoo is the way to go. Oscar and Wyler. Be very weary of this company. You spend hundreds of dollars and their lenses start delaminating just outside the warranty period. And all they want to do is blame you for the problem. After being a loyal customer for over 7 years. This is the second time they have done this to me. Never again. Be very weary they only care about profits not their customers. Show details
Excellent service – Excellent and fast service. Good value and quality as it was my first time to purchase glasses online. Show details
Good glasses, good service – I bought 2 pairs of multifocal glasses from Glasses Online in 2017 and am about to repeat the exercise. The website was quite easy to navigate and had sufficient information on sizing and fit to ensure a good fit if you choose the right lens size, arm length, pupil distance, and bridge width. Larger lens sizes are needed to avoid letterbox… Read more
effects with multifocals.
It lacked one useful feature; the ability to upload a portrait and virtually try on selected pairs of glasses. Having said that they do offer to send samples to try on at home.
The service was prompt and the glasses had accurately processed lenses. There is a return policy if you are unsatisfied. Glasses Online is an Australian company which imports its frames.
Caveat emptor: the glasses you get are only as good as the information you enter, you need to know what you are doing.
Great service – Unfortunately when the glasses arrived the frame was bent and had to be returned. However, the customer service was excellent, Glasses online arranged pick-up and a full refund was received. June was excellent. Thank you.
Very expensive and a poor fit – Very expensive and bad frames. Very poor fit. They keep slipping off my face. I paid for multi focals which was a really stupid choice considering you can't go there and try them first. They were very fuzzy and disorienting and glasses online wouldn't let me get a refund. They insisted on giving me two pairs of plain reading glasses instead. I… Read more
have reverted back to using $15- chemist magnifying readers as they don't hurt my eyes like glasses onlines $300+ glasses do and they stay on your nose and don't slip off like glasses online do. Definitely won't go with them again.
When I complained they said they were surprised because they've been on Current Affair and Choice Magazine rate them highly but I'd be very surprised....Spec savers are so much cheaper and you can try them on and buy name brands etc and they are really helpful .... glasses online only have cheap bad frames.
