Best Dishwasher ever – Looked at an Asko as I had one in previous house, noticed this is the same as Blanco $900 unit so I did some research, made by a French company in China with good reviews, so for $600 I took a gamble, It's brilliant, quite and works perfectly with large loads on a 1 hour cycle, now 7 years old and would buy another in a flash. Biggest pile of rubbish I have bought in 20 years – Bought at Harvey Norman as they pushed a good sales pitch, will not trust their store again. Shop online next time then can only blame myself. Tablets don't come out of box frequently and I use finish tablets. Now have errors 1 and 4 coming up and machine is not quite 3 years old. I am extremely disappointed in this product.

Doesn't even deserve one star – We have a repair agent coming to 'fix' our Glem for the 3rd time in 2 years. It is one of the worst kitchen appliances I have ever owned. as many of the dishes are still very wet when the drying cycle is completed. Also because the temperature doesn't get hot enough there is a regular build up of grease/scum around the filter area that requires more maintenance. I've been washing my dishes by hand for the last 2 weeks as we await the repairer! Not happy.

5 months old and completely useless – Dishwasher was purchased 5 months ago and it terrible. Dishes are rinsed before loading but there is this strange pink scum covering the filter and everything comes out with a white powdery film. I wish I had done a bit of research prior to purchasing. Not only useless - actively unhygienic. Disgusting – This dishwasher is the biggest waste of space going. It's less than 12 months old and utterly useless. this machine doesn't dry properly, the insides of the machine are permanently wet and moist... the perfect atmosphere for growing mould. I have done EVERYTHING to avoid this - scrubbed it thoroughly and repeatedly, including removing all moving parts and scrubbed them clean with bleach, and run repeated empty washes with both vinegar and bleach five, six, seven times in a row - and still the mould comes back. And not just in small amounts, but covering the walls, the filter, even the trays with massive black furry patches that send a stinky waft of mildew through the kitchen every time we open the dishwasher door. Unfortunately I didn't buy this machine, the landlord did, so I can't provide details of where it was bought, but it was installed less than 12 months ago and it's a total disgrace.

Discarding unused glem – First time stacking new Glem with plates from Ikea and they touch the spinner. There simply isn't enough space allowed in the design. Will simply discard this unused dishwasher and replace with a brand designed for European crockey, not Asian bowls. This is an El cheapo to sell a house.  Show details

I wish I hadn't purchased it – Purchased from Harvey Norman a few years ago, sales person said they were great. Doesn't wash properly, I didn't get one with a heating/drying element (my mistake). Terrible – Purchased Jan 2014 worst appliance doesnt clean the dishes and just stopped working grrrrr. Harvey Norman sell the product and dont stand behind it when it doesnt work.I give up. Need to wash by hand - worst dishwasher – Worst dishwasher.. wish I had of read reviews first.. doesn't clean dishwashes. We wash to 95% clean first by hand. If there is anything at all on the dishes it is still there after the dishwash wash. Regret over not seeing these reviews earlier – Disappointing purchase. Cycles take so long and always having to rewash dishes. Now just rinse all dishes till mostly clean before putting in dishwasher and hand wash a large majority. Sick of streaky or grubby glasses and food stained bowls or plates. Glem products are Chinese overpriced pathetic crap . I've tried to use this piece of crap 4 times and I want Glem to get it out of my new kitchen instead of making excuses and telling rubbish to innocent customers.

Big waste of money – Glem dishwasher is the biggest wast of money. Has never washed properly it is under 12 months old. Soap dispencer never opens properly. We now just was all the dishes by hand. Will never recommend. I am a plumber by trade. So clean it thoroughly. Make sure all fillters are clean. We have the correct water pressure. To some it up it is the biggest brightest Boat Anchor that you could buy.

Rubbish Dishwasher – This dishwasher is terrible. I would agree and repeat all other reviewers regarding this product never cleans properly. We have tried to add more rinse aid doesn't matter what cycle you put it on still doesn't do a good job, the capsules don't dissolve properly either sounds like I shouldn't waste my money on a service. Glem Dishwasher – Excellent Dishwasher. It was a great price and works really well. Very happy with this purchase. Washes dishes throughly and is very easy to use and quiet. Easy to clean. What a piece of crap – Worst dishwasher I have ever owned. Had it serviced twice. Tried running cycles empty to clean it out. Never washed a single cycle properly. We have been washing by hand now for over six months. Harvey Norman didn't want to know about it and refused to replace it. No wonder it's a discontinued product!

I can't understand why I can't get a decent was from this machine – I have a GLEM Gas cooker and then decided to buy a Glem GDW14SS model dishwasher. Absolutely never had a decent was, streek all the time, error messages constantly coming up, never completes a cycle and the last service call bt Glem cost us $160 only to fail again shortly after. Seriously thinking about giving up and buying a brand that is trusted and has a track record.

Worst dishwasher ever – The dishes are still dirty we used the dishwasher for the first time since we moved in after doing an empty wash cycle, came back to take the dishes out its still wet and not cleaned properly. Reading the reviews seems like it was the worst choice that we made. Waste of money and time since we have to wash all the dishes by hand again.

least a dozen items each wash are left with gritty residue on them, even glasses... and they are the dishes that are almost clean when they go in! Leaves all the dishes dripping wet at the end of the cycle. Yes, I have used rinse aid as recommended and they are still wet. About to call Harvey Norman & Glem to see what they will do, as it is a piece of rubbish, and I am now washing all my dishes by hand.

Have just been made aware that this product has been discontinued by Glem. No wonder. Feel sorry for any other suckers out there that purchased this machine.

Biggest Piece of Junk Out Never Ever Again – Doesn't clean too well. We cleaned filters at least once a week, we put a cleaner through once a month, would allow water into machine checked everything so disappointed! Was quiet and features there wasn't anything good really about this machine no wonder they were discontinued sorry I wouldn't buy again, machine is being pulled out as we speak.

Never again – Bought this unit from Harvey Norman 2 years ago, they dont want to know about it. Have had a service technician out once, but it never cleans the dishes, would much rather wash by hand.
