Relatively cheap but 100% effective – A build up of black moss and discoloring of concrete with faux brick pattern finish over winter and shaded patio needed cleaning. scrub or just leave it to do its job. I applied around 3pm when the surface was dry and left it overnight with the result in the morning as obvious as black and white, it's that good. Hosing it down if you choose, or if you need to give it another hit didn't kill lawn or plants with the run off, but the end results are sensational with very minimal effort. I found applying on a dry surface and leaving overnight and letting the weather do the rest worked perfectly and will be my go to product anytime I need to get rid of moss from winter, or shaded areas. This can also be used on colorbond and tiled roofs to kill fungi by spot spraying and leaving for the weather to do the rest.
