I contacted Chris about an issue we had with our Samsung split air con, the remote had ceased conecting with the system. His advise was to identify the issue and offer the most cost efficent soultion. Which he did and provided a price . His team who installed the new part were very clean, professional and impressive. I'm pleased to recommend Chris and his team. Tom, Hillarys
I had Chris from Global Cool Air install a 3.5kW Panasonic split system at my home in Edgewater, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Chris took the time to explain the different air conditioning options and helped me choose the system that best suited my home. His knowledge was excellent, and I never felt pressured into buying something more expensive.
The installation was completed professionally, everything was left neat and tidy, and the system has performed flawlessly ever since. I also love being able to control it from my phone using the Panasonic app.
The pricing was very fair, communication was great throughout, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. If you're looking for a reliable air conditioning installer in Perth, I highly recommend Chris and the team at Global Cool Air.
Follow-up · Since the installation, Chris has also serviced both my split system and my existing ducted air conditioning. What really stood out was his honesty. I thought my ducted system had a major fault because it wasn't cooling properly, but Chris explained that it mainly just needed the filters cleaned to restore its efficiency. He could easily have recommended unnecessary repairs, but instead gave me honest advice. It's great to know I can rely on him for ongoing servicing as well as installations, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris and the team at Global Cool Air.
