Lost My Return Terrible Customer Experience – Sent back two pairs of shoes tracked by NZ Post. They 'disappeared' but NZ Post said they were delivered. Courier said it was chaotic in the delivery area, so no doubt they were there, Global Shoes just couldn't find them, even though they had signed for them - but denied the person worked there! No way to claim from NZ Post, and no way were Global Shoes going to take responsibility. A big waste of money and time and very poor customer service. Don't recommend at all.
Poor quality products, dreadful services – Global Footcare act as representatives for a number of "quality" footwear brands. Effectively they work to stonewall any access to customer service. I bought a pair of vionic shoes that fell apart after 2 weeks. I was offered a store credit and subsequently used it ( and had to pay another $60 extra) to buy another pair of shoes that were defective on delivery. Response - we can only give you a store credit and not refund the whole amount because the first pair of shoes you bought from another retailer. They take no responsibility for the fact that it is their shoes that are faulty. As if I want to buy another pair of bad shoes. So money lost without getting the product and also more money through time spent in very frustrating correspondence and in shipping costs. Don't go near them.
Be aware of the Revere Damacus ( The Global foot care company ) – I bought a pair of leather shoes just before my overseas trip from the above mentioned company When I opened the box I didn't see any packaging like other brand new shoes and checked with my relative (she got the exactly same shoe but different size), as soon as she checked the shoe pair she noticed many wrinkles on the shoe pair and realised that it's an used pair. I rang the store as soon as possible and young girl answered phone , I explained to her everything . She said that her Manager [Name Removed] was busy and she would call me soon. But there was no calls for an hour, so even if I called again, the shop was closed . It was a Friday we were leaving the country on next day. I made a dispute with PayPal. After the PayPal dispute , this Manager sent me an email at night and had mentioned that she tried to contact me but she couldn't get through to me. That's a big lie.
I came home two weeks after leaving the country. I have explained to PayPal that I cannot return the shoe pair as I bought this for my overseas trip. This Manager knew that and asked me to return the shoe pair and she was aware that I can't return after used. However PayPal has done their job as per their policies and this cunning Manager got the full advantage of this situation. Finally I didn't get any reduction for this used shoe pair and the Manager [Name Removed] charged me $ 214/-. Please be aware of this company . Please don't waste your hard working money.
