One star is the lowest I can give. I have to question the 5-star ratings, as they may be fake and done by the company itself. Or maybe, the company is good for small packages. I had 120kgs to send urgently from India to Australia, and it took over 3-weeks of chasing [Name Removed] and [Name Removed], who is supposed to be the Head Customer Support to give me updates on my consignment. I've attached photos of the condition the consignment arrived in. Even though payment was made on time, there was a delay in shipping. Some thing was taken out of the boxes, as the shipping label shows 114kgs shipped. Both [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] are non-contactable, or avoiding responding, leaving me no choice but to open a police case for cheating and theft. I will update this review, if there is any further news, but as things stand, this is the worst courier service I have dealt with.

Please avoid using this company for any domestic or international courier packages, especially if you are sending valuable, fragile, or personal items. Based on our experience, this company has shown complete carelessness, and unprofessional conduct throughout the process. Our shipment arrived in tampered boxes, with broken crockery, damaged wooden items, and missing personal items such as clothes & shoes. This clearly indicates mishandling and possible theft during transit. Despite raising complaints, there has been no satisfactory response or compensation from their customer service team, which reflects how irresponsibly they treat their customers after collecting full payment. Such behavior is unacceptable for especially one that handles international consignments. They have failed to maintain transparency, integrity, and basic professionalism, leading to significant financial loss and emotional distress for our family. I strongly recommend that others stay away from this company and Global India Express Pvt. Ltd. cannot be relied upon for safe delivery or honest service — their actions demonstrate negligence, dishonesty, and lack of ethics in handling customer shipments.

Pathetic- entire courier items were broken and no customer service at all – Pathetic service from Global India express courier service. Never take this courier for sending your goods, all items were received completely broken. All items are broken once received and they are not at all bothered. When to talk to customer service - they are rude and not bothered to hear customer concern. Pathetic pathetic, don’t waste your money. Till now they were ok but now it’s not at all worth to send through this courier service
