Poor customer service ripped off – Called Global Office Machines to repair my brother printer due to paper jams. Technician arrived spent 2 minutes said it was fixed just needed a clean and will be ok for about another year. Office Machines had apparently cleaned/fixed it. I then contacted Global to fix the still faulty machine and they indicated I would have to pay further labour costs and parts on top of what I had already paid. I suggested I would be happy to pay for any parts but not for further labour costs as the printer was still faulty, they refused so I requested to have my money refunded and the manager started behaving aggressive towards me, he then refused to refund the monies paid. Beware of this company Global Office Machines Sydney they are unethical and will rip you off with dishonest rude service, don’t risk it
