Friendly and best service on Northern Beaches – Tom the manager, is always friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The facility is well looked after and always clean. I am a long standing customer and highly recommend the facility. In fact a girlfriend has changed to this facility after my recommendation and she said they were friendly and very helpful, and she was glad she made the change to Global Self Storage at Brookvale. You won’t be disappointed with the facility or staff.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND – I have been a long term customer at Brookvale. I cannot speak highly enough of the service and support I have received from Tom and Geoff. They understand changing circumstances and are always so helpful for which I am very grateful.t I totally recommend them for any requirement.

Wonderful service. Clean and friendly – The service by Tom and Geoff is second to none. Accommodating, patient and willing to go the extra bit to make sure you are happy and find the best solution for you. Very reasonably priced. Check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Poor storage option - you pay for what you get – Be aware that the facility lockers are not closed in and being in an old warehouse in Alexandria all goods left are going to quickly be covered in a thick layer of dust/dirt. sure that you have everything well enclosed / covered or you might as well take it straight to the tip as it will possibly be ruined......... We are having to write off much of what was stored at Alexandria and are moving the rest to a higher cost / higher quality facility. You get what you pay for (and we are totally to blame for our own situation - should have moved belongings years ago). Ask the question and do a thorough inspection before you commit !

Service plus – I am currently using Global Brookvale. Have done so now for three months for 1 large and 1 small space. Fees ,service and advice have been fantastic. Staff could not have been more helpful. Will be moving furniture in near future and Global have organised everything for the move to Port Macquarie. Great relief . Andrew Black
