our gut feeling. Ringing a few companies researched online, we came across Lachlan from container traders. From the word go he was providing us with good suggestions on different options we discussed. And as we are like most people these days are on a budget we worked out an acceptable price on a single use 20ft container in a suitable dark grey Color to be delivered to our property approx 350km from their depot. Long story short, from the initial conversation through to the delivery as well as follow-up afterwords it was a great and uncomplicated experience to deal with Lachlan from container traders.

installed which was done very well with top quality work. containers are only 3 months old and in great condition and there delivery was arranged quickly and delivered right on my position marking. was a bit nervous with ordering online with so many scams at the moment but i can confirm these guys are legit and a great deal and very helpful to rush delivery and get these in before Christmas.

detail. They were very responsive to our initial enquiry as well as the numerous questions we had following. Nothing was a problem for them. We received responses to our emails almost immediately each time which was reassuring to us. The containers were delivered on time and placed exactly where we asked them to be placed. The truck driver was very nice to deal with and helpful and he ensured the containers were placed as level as possible and as close together as possible. To our pleasant surprise the containers we received were brand new! (the smell of fresh paint inside was evident) the floor was brand new, they were water tight, vermin and insect proof and it was everything as promised by Container Traders (Amy) Container Traders pricing was very competitive with the 6 or so quotes we received elsewhere, and elsewhere were being offered second hand or repainted used containers. Delivery of the containers was almost half the cost other businesses were offering us and the communication we received elsewhere was no where near as good as Container Traders. We had some last minute issues with our move (it had nothing to do with Container Traders) and we contacted Amy to see if she could help, Amy and the management team were amazing, they were so understanding of our situation and as per all the other times we contacted them, nothing was a problem and the issue with our move was resolved within hours. We highly recommend Container Traders to anyone looking to purchase or hire a container. If we ever need a container we will definitely be contacting Container Traders

Great knowledge of product and various options. What arrived was exactly what had been agreed to - at a great price. Delivery driver checked in to confirm delivery arrangements, was spot on time and placed contained beautifully. All very professional, helpful and on time and on budget :)

QUALITY OF MODIFICATIONS – Raymond Terrace Lions Club/Raymond Terrace Men's Shed this month placed an order with Container Traders to provide a single use high cube container, modified with a personal access door and an 2000x1200 top hinged servery door. date. The gas struts on the servery door were so strong that an elephant would almost needed to pull it down and needed to be replaced with those of suitable pressure. One of the slide bolt used to secure this door would not engage and had to be modified. The personal door locking system was not up to requirements considering the container will be located unattended most of the time as a Transport for NSW rest area, and the deadlock part of the lock does not engage. If we were to start over we would look elsewhere.

Leaking container which ruined precious possessions – Absolutely disgusted by the state of the containers in which I paid good money. I was guaranteed the containers, of which I purchased 3 where cargo worthy. I’m sure leaking containers would not be classed as cargo worthy. not recommend anyone to purchase a container through container traders. The trade manager is one of the most frustrating people to deal with I have encountered in my years as a consumer. Still waiting for the refund the trade manager promised me and they have my container. Go figure that for good consumer relations.

Buyer beware – Purchased an ex freezer container and thought I was receiving a quality box. Unit has leaked water in and upon inspection, has holes which have been half arsed fixed with silicon. Some were missed and the rain has seeped into the roof and down the internal walls. Contacted the company, was offered a refund of 300, after multiple times of not receiving any money, finally got the money. Pretty poor condition for a 7000 dollar box.
