Really good interaction with the sales person, but once I got there the responsible was looking at his phone all thebtime and wearing earpods while listening a podcast or on a meeting. Once I finished packing my container and I needed the lock he told me he would bring, but instead he had already left and lock the office, leaving me alone and without guidance. It was a terrible experience.

of correspondence, they offered me only $500 in compensation, despite damages exceeding $10,000.
I used their premium service for both pick-up and delivery, and had their compulsory insurance, yet they refuse to take responsibility. Their claims of being “safe,” “secure,” and “stress-free” are completely false.
This has been a devastating experience. I am hoping they come to their senses and give me the compensation I deserve (and will then update this post), in the interim — do not trust this company with your belongings

Firstly want to mention that team is polite and respectful. Picked my stuff and stored for 3 weeks. When delivered I was shocked seeing they lift piano just like fridge or table! No wonder after opening the blanket faced with few damages on my almost brand new piano!!! None of the teams accepted the responsibility!! Show details

tapes and constantly told me how things weren’t possible. At the end everyone arrived at the location, but I needed my 15 year old son and neighbour to help me get items downstairs so the Super Easy Storage people could load them. I will never use this service again.
Follow-up · Furniture was damaged I packed boxes and marked fragile, they wrapped the large items. Carrying between location and truck. Lots of complaining. My 15 year old son and I had to move the BBQ downstairs before they would load it.

DO NOT USE...I CANNOT MAKE THIS CLEARER. check out my first review for background...flat out dishonesty, lies, strong arming strategies by not giving you access to your own things and so on and so forth...that was the first review.

You may not always be 100% happy with a product or service you purchased but it is rare if ever a case of being 100% unequivocally unhappy either. I like to think that i am a very reasonable person/I am flexible, i can be understanding if a valid reason is provided or steps are taken to rectify what ever your issue may have been. If you some sort of issue with a service or product provider my experience has always been that if your concern is something that is half legitimate people are usually willing to work things out with you. SUPER EASY STORAGE DOES NOT GIVE A RIP ABOUT ANYTHING YOU ARE UNHAPPY ABOUT and EVERYTHING IS ON THEIR TERMS, they wont work with you, they wont try to meet you half way etc etc.
Per their company policies you must provide 48 hours notice before you will be able to access you locker. I am emailed them on a Thursday morning requesting access on Saturday. Then Friday morning comes around and i remember that I didn't get a reply from them the day before. I send a second email Friday morning before 8am detailing my first email/request to access storage for Saturday. I next look at the clock and its about 11 am and decide to call them. I explain to the person who picks up the phone that i have email 2 times over the last two days and now making a phone call due to a lack of reply on the prior two emails and then i am told the details will bed passed onto somebody whom will get back to me ( Anyone want to put money on if they called back or not ?)
The clock is now telling me its about 12.30..no phone call back so i am now about to attempt for the 4th time to get some clarity from somebody so call again. I explain the whole yet again to a new person who replies agh yes i just saw the 2nd email you sent....AND...unfortunately all our people are fully booked Saturday and I cannot come down to get the things i had planned.
I explain to the poor bloke that has obviously been made to step into this whole sage that not only have i given them the required notice per their policy, i have followed it up with 1 addition email and two additional phone calls. I am still semi calm when i tell him that if we reversed roles and I was telling him what he just said to me that he would likely be unhappy just as i am. I then try to give him a very clear picture of how i feel because I the previous day had reserved a motor vehicle and trailer suitable to meet my needs. A deposit has already been paid which really isn't the important part to me. I meant to be picking up this car and trailer Saturday morning from a few suburbs over to my place, driving to my daughters place to pick her up so she can give me a hand given there is a new double mattress in the storage box somewhere she wanted. From the storage facility after loading up the mattress and the few items i was going to get for my place the plan was drive back to my daughter to drop off her/the mattress and then to my place with the rest of the items. .....I was angry after the call that i even tried to be human with these people explaining to them everything outlined above...why...because as i said they do not give a rip. Their customer service reply/solution was you can come on Monday and do it...I guess the solution is I go to their work place and in exchange they come to my office so everything works out.....bahaha.
And just in case for those they may not be aware...when you access your storage box the storage box is waiting for you on the outside of the actual warehouse where they are stored...you basically unlock your padlock, open it up, and then take out whatever you need repacking items back in if things had to be moved so you to get to wherever in the box the item you are after was...load it up on your car/ute/wahtever put the padlock back on and drive away I assume someone with a forklift picks it up at some point during the day and drives it back in the warehouse..so its actually you that does everything...they were too busy and 48 hours notice was not long enough for them to forklift a storage box from inside the warehouse maybe 30 meters where its placed and then do it in reverse again later on...im guessing the whole of the amount of time spent by them would be under3 minutes yet they couldn't accommodate, didnt care and didn't even apologise. The one thing i will say is that they do deserve some credit re the Monday solution/I dont know why i didnt think that i could just not go to work, no get paid for the day to take care of what needed to be done.
PS Maybe this isnt my second review as i though when i started typing...yes yes...I still have one review as this has become one hell of a rant.
The workers were fantastic but the office underquoted me and charged me double on the day. 1 pod is not enough for a 1 bedroom apartment, not even close! Massive underquote to get my business!
Charged more than the original quote and didn’t feel treated fairly when questioning the extra costs. The removalists themselves were good, but dealing with accounts left a bad taste. Once they have all your belongings, you don’t have much leverage. Disappointing experience — wouldn’t recommend.

This was an easy way to store a smaller amount of stuff. Very reasonable price comparatively and easy enough to organise access when needed. All staff are helpful and good communicators.
