the 2 delivery men were super helpful moving my furniture straight into the pod. They uninstalled beds and the dining table which was an extra bonus. I was able to choose what to add in and see on the spot what could fit.

Since we had multiple jobs at three different addresses in different timelines which requires someone's full responsibilities which super easy storage did the excellent jobs. he left me waiting a few times. The due date to leave the property came and I was still there...all worried and stressed, spoke to Michelle to reschedule delivery in Melbourne and asked her if they provided interstate moving services, she stated they did not, but could recommend a partner company that may be able to help, METHODICAL MOVES. Having been so stressed out, Methodical Moves was a breath of fresh air! Also excellent communicators, punctual and caring and respectful of household items, nothing was too difficult or impossible to do. Accurate assessment of volume to be moved. Affordable. Nothing got broken! Even a long glass panel which I did not even think it could be at risk. All got safe to the SUPER EASY STORAGE. SUPER EASY STORAGE lived up to it's name. I have received excellent service and constant easy communication. From first contact with Michelle (excellent communicator and gentle manner), to liaising with Micki about accounts and delivery dates. As it happens things sometimes do not go according to plan. Thankfully, Super easy storage helped as I had to cancel at the very last minute the first attempt of delivery date (the night before) because of unforseen issues with the house. There was no problem at all, it was cancelled. Reimbursement was organised because they were book out for two weeks for second delivery attempt and I needed things urgently. I had another company lined up for the delivery. Things were reconsidered, as Micki was able to get the delivery done earlier. Again, Communication was excellent with the company. Justin and Josh who delivered all items were punctual, notified me every time before leaving the storage with an accurate ETA. They were respectful, professional, able to negotiate some challenges easily. Covered all good very well and protected them from the rain. DO NOT USE...I CANNOT MAKE THIS CLEARER. check out my first review for background...flat out dishonesty, lies, strong arming strategies by not giving you access to your own things and so on and so forth...that was the first review.

NOW the 2nd

You may not always be 100% happy with a product or service you purchased but it is rare if ever a case of being 100% unequivocally unhappy either. I like to think that i am a very reasonable person/I am flexible, i can be understanding if a valid reason is provided or steps are taken to rectify what ever your issue may have been. If you some sort of issue with a service or product provider my experience has always been that if your concern is something that is half legitimate people are usually willing to work things out with you. SUPER EASY STORAGE DOES NOT GIVE A RIP ABOUT ANYTHING YOU ARE UNHAPPY ABOUT and EVERYTHING IS ON THEIR TERMS, they wont work with you, they wont try to meet you half way etc etc.

Per their company policies you must provide 48 hours notice before you will be able to access you locker. I am emailed them on a Thursday morning requesting access on Saturday. Then Friday morning comes around and i remember that I didn't get a reply from them the day before. I send a second email Friday morning before 8am detailing my first email/request to access storage for Saturday. I next look at the clock and its about 11 am and decide to call them. I explain to the person who picks up the phone that i have email 2 times over the last two days and now making a phone call due to a lack of reply on the prior two emails and then i am told the details will bed passed onto somebody whom will get back to me ( Anyone want to put money on if they called back or not ?)

The clock is now telling me its about 12.30..no phone call back so i am now about to attempt for the 4th time to get some clarity from somebody so call again. I explain the whole yet again to a new person who replies agh yes i just saw the 2nd email you sent....AND...unfortunately all our people are fully booked Saturday and I cannot come down to get the things i had planned.

I explain to the poor bloke that has obviously been made to step into this whole sage that not only have i given them the required notice per their policy, i have followed it up with 1 addition email and two additional phone calls. I am still semi calm when i tell him that if we reversed roles and I was telling him what he just said to me that he would likely be unhappy just as i am. I then try to give him a very clear picture of how i feel because I the previous day had reserved a motor vehicle and trailer suitable to meet my needs. A deposit has already been paid which really isn't the important part to me. I meant to be picking up this car and trailer Saturday morning from a few suburbs over to my place, driving to my daughters place to pick her up so she can give me a hand given there is a new double mattress in the storage box somewhere she wanted. From the storage facility after loading up the mattress and the few items i was going to get for my place the plan was drive back to my daughter to drop off her/the mattress and then to my place with the rest of the items. .....I was angry after the call that i even tried to be human with these people explaining to them everything outlined above...why...because as i said they do not give a rip. Their customer service reply/solution was you can come on Monday and do it...I guess the solution is I go to their work place and in exchange they come to my office so everything works out.....bahaha.

And just in case for those they may not be aware...when you access your storage box the storage box is waiting for you on the outside of the actual warehouse where they are stored...you basically unlock your padlock, open it up, and then take out whatever you need repacking items back in if things had to be moved so you to get to wherever in the box the item you are after was...load it up on your car/ute/wahtever put the padlock back on and drive away I assume someone with a forklift picks it up at some point during the day and drives it back in the warehouse..so its actually you that does everything...they were too busy and 48 hours notice was not long enough for them to forklift a storage box from inside the warehouse maybe 30 meters where its placed and then do it in reverse again later on...im guessing the whole of the amount of time spent by them would be under3 minutes yet they couldn't accommodate, didnt care and didn't even apologise. The one thing i will say is that they do deserve some credit re the Monday solution/I dont know why i didnt think that i could just not go to work, no get paid for the day to take care of what needed to be done.

PS Maybe this isnt my second review as i though when i started typing...yes yes...I still have one review as this has become one hell of a rant.

people like him — cheerful, respectful, and genuinely positive — that’s exactly what you want. Let’s face it, moving our belongings is something most of us hate. It’s stressful and overwhelming, but the way he showed up with such a calm, positive vibe made the whole experience feel smooth and far less stressful. Everything was easy and simple. Even though he didn’t have to help me, he still stepped in and gave me a hand — and that’s what I call true customer service. The move was smooth and well coordinated. The three men were pleasant and obliging. From start to finish including the people from the office could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend this service.

Cartons (52L size) of winter clothing were sent from Perth to a friend in Sydney. Arranged with Matt from Super Storage to have the cartons picked up from my friend place and put in storage. All went smothly without mishaps.

Absolutely amazing service right from the point of sales (Zac), through to accessing it in 9 to 10 months time. Once I finished packing my container and I needed the lock he told me he would bring, but instead he had already left and lock the office, leaving me alone and without guidance. It was a terrible experience.

The workers were fantastic but the office underquoted me and charged me double on the day. 1 pod is not enough for a 1 bedroom apartment, not even close! Massive underquote to get my business!

Charged more than the original quote and didn’t feel treated fairly when questioning the extra costs. The removalists themselves were good, but dealing with accounts left a bad taste. Once they have all your belongings, you don’t have much leverage. Disappointing experience — wouldn’t recommend.

On behalf of an older friend, I arranged for Super Easy Storage to pack and remove for temporary storage the entire contents of his home in preparation for the staging of the property for an Auction campaign. office handled all elements of the transaction efficiently, and the packing team were punctual, courteous, highly competent, and very hard workers. Despite it being a shocking wet, windy and cold day, they completed the job quicker than expected. Based on my experience to date, I would be more than happy to engage them again.

Super professional and prompt from enquiry to day of removal. I booked the premium service where they delivered the pod and pack it for you for an hour.
