The Sim activated immediately on arrival in the UK and coverage has been good. But the Three UK app was not downloadable in the UK and I found it impossible to find my data balance or to contact Global Starlink for assistance. Show details

Seamless experience. Booked a prepaid esim to travel to Vietnam. As soon as I got there I just had to scan the provided QR code and the esim was set instantly. We have full speed internet and reception throughout the whole trip. We will purchase again for the next trip. Show details

SIM had expired months before I bought it – I bought the 30 GB "UK & Europe Prepaid Travel SIM Card - Three UK" SIM around April 2024, but couldn't get it to work when I went to use it. Went to a "Three" store in London and they told me the SIM had expired Christmas 2023 - months before I bought it! The nice lady in the store sold me a new SIM, which worked fine. in touch with me after my original review (1 star) and asked for some details. They investigated and advised that "Three" had updated their network, which rendered my SIM useless. They then refunded me.

Excellent Service – Working well for my trip through Vietnam, in Ho Chi Minh, Hoi An,Hanoi, and Da Neng. Have difficulties redeeming the code but their CS helped promptly. Will definitely buy again for my next trip to Thailand Show details

Never use – Terrible customer service never use it again. They didn't try to deliver it at all. I have to chase them.

Perfect in every way – This is an unbelievably good product. It is exceptionally good value and just begins working as soon as you insert the SIM card when you arrive in Europe. SIM suspended – It worked for one week and then stopped working. I contacted the service provider Three and they said my service was suspended because I'd purchased it from an unauthorised reseller. I then tried the other SIM and it is also suspended. I tried to contact Global Starlink and when they finally responded they are now refunding me. Show details

Best travel decision – Best decision made when planning a trip to Spain and France! I bought 2 Sim cards (Movistar) for our phones. Anin and Jane were so helpful, Express posted sim cards to our home before we left. Global Starlink activated the Sims the day before arrival. Don't buy this you will be in trouble – Bought an e sim plan and tried to install it in US exactly as per their instructions for iPhone 13 . I phone only has options of either transferring for or using QR code. Told them this in advance. Asked to wait for a text which never came. Didn't work at all. Managed to get one from "Mobimatter", bit expensive did the job . No call facilities only the Internet though.
