Zensim was so great. We went to Sydney to Newzealand Cruise. When we came to land this eSIM was so helpful to stay in touch with family and friends. Reception was top level. Never had any problem. Thanks to Zensim. Will be using in next trip as well.

I used ZenSim in South America and found it work really well. No problems between countries, and the coverage was great. Good value for money and easy setup even for me.

I have recently used 2 different ZenSim- one in Europe and one in Bali. They gave excellent coverage and were very reasonably priced. As well, I had a small hitch when changing countries in Europe. I contacted ZenSim and had a reply almost immediately. Problem solved! I highly recommend ZenSim and I will definitely be using them again.

from onboard WiFi from my tablet, fully expecting a slow or limited response given the situation. Instead, they replied quickly, clearly understood the issue, and took ownership of fixing it. They explained the limitation around eSIMs already being installed, then proactively recreated the eSIM and issued a brand new QR code so my wife could install it on her iPhone instead.

No arguments, no fine print, no run around, just practical problem solving and genuinely helpful service. The replacement QR code arrived promptly with clear instructions, and everything worked exactly as promised.

This kind of customer support (thanks Josh) especially when you’re travelling and already stressed, is rare. Based on this experience alone, I’ve continually recommended ZenSim to family travelling on overseas trips, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

eclectic holiday from the wilds of Ireland to the top of Norway. We were out in the North Sea using the ships wifi, but as soon as we were onshore and out of range of the ship our Sims would activate. Onward into the Swiss mountains with no issues, the same for Germany and then the Austrian Mountains. Before we departed for Singapore we purchased a small 10GB Sim to cover us in Singapore as it was a different region to the European one. Again no issues. Absolutely recommend, we will use again as the service was fast and reliable. I do suggest you copy Help Information into an email to yourself in case you encounter issues with the initial activation. Just means you may avoid having to find free wifi to access the website to troubleshoot.

Customer service is excellent as they were very prompt with resolving an issue. I had an issue upon activation of the service where the 5G was not configured properly, they communicated updates of what was going on their end and gave me clarification of what had happened which I appreciated.

For those on the sustainability front, it's great to know that they are doing their part to save our environment by contributing 2% of their profits to the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, having the team work fully remote and working with Carbon Positive Australia to replant native trees across Australia.

I highly recommend giving them a go as I doubt you will be disappointed.

I traveled for 50 days in Europe (Italy and Germany) and the UK and the ZenSim was was perfect. Top up was easy. The only think about an Esim, any Esim, is that if you hire a car then you need to make sure you can contact the company. I recommend ZenSim for the value for money, the speed of the internet service.

We bought 2 Zensims for our 8 week trip to Europe. We visited Italy, Malta, Albania and Greece. The ESIM never dropped out on us and smoothly transitioned between countries. We are in our 70’s and not very tech savvy, but the ZenSim was so easy to use and top up if needed. I would definitely recommend ZenSim to anyone travelling overseas

from the US, even using WhatsApp. Finally turned my ATT sim back on so I could make a few calls. Not saying it won’t work, I just couldn’t get it to work. Instructions were focused on AUS phones, so they weren’t always helpful for a US iPhone

We looked into Zen Sim because other provider we used to use had gone up significantly in price. In San Francisco where we were travelling to from Sydney, we had some issues connecting even though we had enough data still available. Of all places, San Francisco would be the least place we would’ve expected connection issues. When we then travelled to Vancouver, the problem became much less frequent.

[Name Removed] did answer my complaints promptly and tried to help, but the process was too complex, particularly since we had to be online and also, we were on holiday not wanting to wrestle with a clumsy eSim. [Name Removed] then refunded us each 20% of the fee ($6) which couldn't have been a bigger insult given how disappointing and frustrating the product was. We should've been fully refunded. Stay away from ZenSim!!!

Just used this eSIM in Europe for 2 months - it was easy to instal and top up. Great coverage, a life saver when out of range or hotel wifi not adequate. Will definitely purchase again for my next trip!

Zensim was perfect for what we needed when travelling to Japan and Malaysia - was easy to activate once on plane settling in and turning off for flight - so once landing was there to use for internet/email/WhatsApp/train schedules/google map etc - didn’t get the extra to make calls by choice as used WhatsApp for fellow traveller easy, and hotels made calls for us if needed to check pickups/taxis etc

I'd use zen Sim again on my next OS trip. Easy to setup and it just works. For older folks like myself, it's a bit annoying not being able to make local phone calls but I guess that's what WhatsApp is for!

I travelled to Europe earlier this year 2026. Mainly Austria and Germany and absolutely no issues with ZenSim. Set it all up before leaving Australia it worked perfectly from the moment I got off the aeroplane.

I found ZenSIM eSIM for India to be an excellent choice. I was able to communicate with people on the go on Uber and during walks with ease and without worrying about roaming charges. It used the local Jio mobile network seamlessly.

This was the first time I had ever used a travel eSIM. The experience with ZenSim was absolutely great. Purchasing and installing the eSIM on my iPhone was easy. Worked flawlessly on our trip through 4 countries with no interruptions. I will definitely use ZenSim again.
