from onboard WiFi from my tablet, fully expecting a slow or limited response given the situation. Instead, they replied quickly, clearly understood the issue, and took ownership of fixing it. They explained the limitation around eSIMs already being installed, then proactively recreated the eSIM and issued a brand new QR code so my wife could install it on her iPhone instead.

No arguments, no fine print, no run around, just practical problem solving and genuinely helpful service. The replacement QR code arrived promptly with clear instructions, and everything worked exactly as promised.

This kind of customer support (thanks Josh) especially when you’re travelling and already stressed, is rare. Based on this experience alone, I’ve continually recommended ZenSim to family travelling on overseas trips, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

eclectic holiday from the wilds of Ireland to the top of Norway. We were out in the North Sea using the ships wifi, but as soon as we were onshore and out of range of the ship our Sims would activate. Onward into the Swiss mountains with no issues, the same for Germany and then the Austrian Mountains. Before we departed for Singapore we purchased a small 10GB Sim to cover us in Singapore as it was a different region to the European one. Again no issues. Absolutely recommend, we will use again as the service was fast and reliable. I do suggest you copy Help Information into an email to yourself in case you encounter issues with the initial activation. Just means you may avoid having to find free wifi to access the website to troubleshoot.

Customer service is excellent as they were very prompt with resolving an issue. I had an issue upon activation of the service where the 5G was not configured properly, they communicated updates of what was going on their end and gave me clarification of what had happened which I appreciated.

For those on the sustainability front, it's great to know that they are doing their part to save our environment by contributing 2% of their profits to the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, having the team work fully remote and working with Carbon Positive Australia to replant native trees across Australia.

I highly recommend giving them a go as I doubt you will be disappointed.

Worked like a dream. First time I have used an eSIM on our annual trip OS. Will repeat next year. Thirty days, $45, 20GB. After using hotel and B&B WiFi only used 5.65GB of 40GB. Next time will just take a 10GB plan or not bother tuning into local WiFi.

Travelling around The Netherlands and the river cruise from Amsterdam to Budapest the ZenSim worked like a dream. It never failed me and automatically changed from country to country. I would highly recommend ZenSIM.

I used ZenSim in Europe for 40 days. The loading and activation of the sim was seamless. The sim activated on arrival without a hitch. I topped up for the balance of the trip and again a seamless transition. Will use ZenSim on my travels again.

notification of calls received and messages and had to wait until I was back home to get 4.5 weeks of messages.The positive was that I could still message my partner on messages but had to use messenger for my other contacts in Australia with that app. I would not recommend this eSIM and next time I travel I would try another means of keeping in contact with family and friends.

Made a mistake in the choice of Sim. Was in Gibraltar which was not on zen Sim list. Mistakenly presumed that Gibraltar being attached to Spain would give me access to Spanish network. Wrong. No reception in Gibraltar whatsoever. Relied on positive reviews. My error. Sim worked OK in Spain and Portugal.

Very happy with the service, it was reliable and easy to set up. Had no issue at all, worked wonderfully while I was in Bali. The only slight gripe I had was that I didn't need the plan I bought, as I hardly used any data! Otherwise fantastic and will use it (hopefully) when I go away next year, keep up the good work.

Switching from Telstra to ZenSim was automatic once we arrived overseas and immediately switched back when we arrived back in Australia. Had uninterrupted access throughout Eastern and Western Europe to data and internet connections. great being able to do this before leaving Australia. As soon as we landed and I turned on the sim it connected within minutes. We used it mostly for Google Maps for driving and when walking around in Tokyo. Never had a problem with the speed or connection. Will use Zen Sim in the future and can't rate them enough for great customer service and a reliable product.

I used Zensim for the first time on my recent trip to New Zealand. I initially thought it wasn't working, but turned out that was user error! I hadn't changed a setting to allow data roaming on my phone. Once I figured that out, it worked perfectly for my whole trip. Will use again on my trip to Japan later this year.

In most the service was great. Easy to install and activate. It did however drop out once or twice not sure why whilst in Bali. Just be aware that the service does not work during Nypie day. But like I said all on all good.

Setup was a breeze, literally "plug and play". Happy with the coverage, no issues in all the countries visited: Belgium, The Netherlands, France and the UK. Loved that there was the option to top up using the app. From my experience it was value for money and will be using again in future.
