unused products. Their customer support keeps saying "someone will get back to you", no one ever gets back. I finally left a negative review on Trust Pilot after 3 weeks of waiting. I immediately received an email saying that they will refund if I remove the negative review as a "goodwill". Their website offers 30 days refund policy and they are saying that they will only refund if I remove the negative review. Glowandsave.com is a scam. Do not purchase from them and do not trust the positive reviews!
