I love that the Tweetydreams is connected to an app! I can change the lights and music when I’m not even in my son’s room. It was amazing for when I was breastfeeding as a big large was too bright and harsh but with the Tweetydreams you can adjust it to your liking! I use the red light with white noise feature for my newborn. He consistently sleeps 3-4 hours each block during the night. I love how easy it is to use the app with the light as well as the top touch button to change light colour and sound, it will be fun to play with when my son is older! Show reply

Whilst the sounds and lights are of reasonably quality and easy to change/select, the unit as a whole has many issues. The one I have is completely over reponsive. machine will randomly turn itself off when you try to touch the top bottom to change the colours and then the top sensor button goes completely unresponsive. The only resolution we have found is to wait 5 minutes before then resetting the device to turn it back on. Finally, having no volume buttons on the device and being forced to use an app has been incredibly annoying. I would recommend interested buyers try another brand instead.

However… The new device had some charge when received but I could tell it was low as it would power off. I charged it up and left it for a few days. When I tested it worked and I thought this was resolved, but in my emails to support on sending back the old device I decided to test again and noticed the battery died in about 30 seconds. It wasn’t as bad as the first device but it had depleted the battery again just sitting in the baby room with zero use (baby is not yet born).

When I advised support the new device had issues. I asked if I could exchange for a 2nd camera. I got a rather painfully scripted response about battery degradation and wifi draining the power. The device is sold as having up to 10 hrs of use and 18hrs of “standby” light only (that’s not standby). A battery should not drain so quickly with absolutely zero use.

My request for exchange for a camera was declined even though I offered to pay extra up to the current price of the 2 camera kit. No idea why they’d decline another sale.

They however did offer me a refund for the price the light was at time of sale and sent me a label via email. I just had to pay the item box.

I haven’t used it for very long so can’t talk to that but the light/ sound machine in generally is great. It took forever though to set up, the instructions didn’t explain that 1. you need to charge it fully, I didn’t even know it had battery so when I tried to set it up and connect the wifi it just wouldn’t work and couldn’t tell why and 2.… Read more ·  1

that you needed to click the on button before trying to pair with wifi. I know both those things sound so obvious in hindsight but I was just following the instructions point by point and had to guess those 2 things. It also took quite a while to charge up but that’s all good once I got that I would need to wait for it to fully charge before setting up.

Once wifi was connected it was all very simple in the app to configure the modes. It would be good to have an option for a general warm tone light, it’s really hard to get that displaying with just the colour scale and the general light very cool/white which is so harsh at night.

My baby recognised the womb noise automatically and falls asleep to it quickly with a feed. My toddler took 2 weeks to get used to the changes from using a different brand but is now used to it. We absolutely love this machine! It can be controlled through your phone and has many different white noise sounds and soothing music. It's great for babies, kids and adults! We also love that this machine helps our toddler understand wake and sleep times through the coloured lights on a timer. the Tweetydreams can do a lot of things. it is helpful that you can access and change it through your phone so you don't have to go in and disrupt the baby. I like that it is rechargeable/portable. It has a wide range of sounds which is helpful too. Show reply

These machines are very well thought out and come with a heap of handy features, including a child lock which is so helpful if you have curious toddlers that like to press all the buttons on everything! The app is super easy to use and I like how it is OPTIONAL. Can be used as a portable or can remain plugged in, (another win). Overall a really great machine I never knew we needed! We love our tweety dreams! What a neat little gadget it is! Completely wireless, with a childlock feature - loads of sounds and lights to choose from and you can set timers. It’s been my bestfriend during those night feeds and makes me feel less lonely and more comfortable. This sound machine is top on the list for our newborn and toddler essentials! We use it in our room for a newborn baby, as well as on the go for both our newborn and toddler! the light is great for overnight feeds to help me see whilst feeding my little one, and I love that you can change the colour, red is our favourite! I LOVE this product so much! The app makes it so easy to use while in bed or feeding baby. I like that you can save your favourite settings, I am using it currently in my room (with bub in bassinet) with the blue light to help with night feeds and music playing, once we transition bub to his own room, we will bring the Tweety Dreams in with him to help with that transition. Show reply

Tweetydreams sound Machine – So easy to set up and use. We love it that it’s portable so we can take them away in the caravan or even to the grandparents when our little one is having sleepovers, even better it has an app to control it. Highly recommend the tweetydream! Show reply

Love everything about this – Love love LOVE that this can be charged and not need to be plugged in!! We live in a caravan and don’t always have access to power when travelling so this is perfect for supporting our children’s sleep.
