Sales rep failed to provide full disclosure when renting the vehicle. Did not make mention of exclusions that applied to insurance cover. Stated it just like a standard car rental

 Follow-up  · Outside of the standard Agreement breaches about the use of the vehicle, the additional exclusions that applied were for Overhead and/or Underbody Damage which were not highlighted or explained.
