A stark and unfortunate experience from our first one we had with them – First experience good, second experience holistically well below average (thus the 2 stars) - constantly had to chase the broker, rarely called back when said they would, ignored e-mails and then proceed to send us a really poor proposal after we told them we no longer wished to engage them. Excellent service – Brilliant team. They have helped us organise mortgages for 2 properties. Professional service with a human touch: no silly robot or waiting on the phone for ever. Real service the kind I haven’t experienced for a very long time!
