Goda Perfume

I'm allergic to this product, I've been trying to cancel all future products and debits from my account but no one is responding to my request so frustrating.....please cancel all future orders and debits from my account

This product is a scam. And even if you pay for a one off purchase they automatically sign you up. When I ordered the product it stated buy 1 get 3 free gifts but I only received 1 bottle + a subscription I never signed up for and could not cancel. This is a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!

another lot arrived from Goda and I was charged again. I found that they had set up a subscription! I emailed many times to cancel the subscription, that I did not ask for.. Eventually got an answer from somebody, and asked to cancel the subscription. Lots of offers sent to me, but finally the message seemed to be getting through. He said he had cancelled the subscription, and that I would get a full refund if I returned the second order. The address on their website does not include the postcode, so I had to email several times for that. Finally I was given the postcode and I sent the items back, at my expense, by Australia Post Tracking. After seventeen days it arrived at the local post office. The tracking said it was sent out for delivery, but returned back to the local post office as the address could not be found. I checked with Australia Post's international section, and the address I sent the package to is the address Goda gave me, and the package is now being returned back to me! Goda answered my latest email, regarding the issue with their address, by stating that if I elect not to send it back to them again, using the correct address (!) next time, they will consider the refund anyway. Fingers crossed for that. I found out, by searching the internet, that all the premises' in their street have four numbers, not three. So, the return address of 507 Calmview Ave, Baldwin Park CA 91706, is incorrect on their website, and an incorrect address that they gave me by email. I have elected not to return it back again. I bought through PayPal, and I have cancelled any further payments to Goda, on my PayPal membership. If their refund is not forthcoming, I will contact PayPal regarding Goda's use if an incorrect address for refunds, and the lack of refund promised.

often I suggested they contact their dispatch service (they had over 3 weeks to do this) they sent me another package of goods. The correspondence was mutual over this time yet all they would do was continually offer me 50% off my next order. When that order arrives it will go straight in the bin. I am totally disgusted.

I’ve final got away from you and will now be putting my info and thus email on you website every day every hour every minute that you took over $500 Australia dollars from me after I tried to cancel. I have sent numerous messages to get GODA to cancel my subscription and everytime I do that I get an email to advise that my order has already shipped. I have gone to my bank to ensure that the subscription is cancelled on my end and have asked GODS to remove my details from their system. They never respond to my emails. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM GODA!!

I started receiving this product back in January 2026. I have written them several times to cancel my order but they refuse and keep charging my card each month. Don't use this service unless you want their products for life.

I hardly recommended do not buy anything form goda. I have perfume which is it's not smell like original goda and then if you want it cancel it, they never canceling. They send me goda oil and charge me 34 dollars even though I pleased them to too muny times cancel my order. It was accidentally, I order it. They not even deserve for one star

Do not order from this company!! I got my order and did not like the scent. Took forever for customer service to get back to me. Gave me a bogus address to return the product. Signed me up for a subscription that I never asked for. So now I have 2 bottles that I do not want and will probably never get a refund.

This company is a disgrace! I ordered somthing and they said it was a subscription , it was not, NOW try and get them to cancell it !! They just send email after email offering you better discounts , they sipmly won't cancel, they even sent the next one !!! DONT BUY FROM THEM

After repeated emails and negative reviews on multiple platforms; I was able to get a refund.

Have attempted numerous times to cancel subscription I did know I had. Goda don’t have anyway to cancel. Have emailed so many times. Just stop my subscription, yesterday!!!

Im angrey right now I didn't ask for subscription. I email so many time time customer support dont care. once I got a feed back we look into it. still no response. Im still getting advertising product. All I want is to unescribable me.

they auto sign you up for subscription which i fortunately realised and cancelled immediately. product arrived, and it pleasant enough, greasy despite everyone saying it isnt! one of the droppers is broken so have to just tip the bottle up. worst thing is having put it on my arms and chest i feel dizzy like i'm going to pass out from the smell.… Read more

its not strong but it is literally making me feel sick. watch out for the subscription issue. time will tell if it actually helps my skin i guess, just hope i dont faint from using it

Fair Trading should not allow these people to Trade in Australia. They are deceptive misleading. Never replied to emails. No customer support available even though it says there is customer support. Be careful dealing with GODA Perfume Business

Ironically, that may be the most honest thing they’ve said. It strongly suggests that many other customers are dealing with the same issue and trying to cancel as well.

Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

Product is fine but DONT ORDER !!!!!!! They automatically order and take payment a every month WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION, I have sent 16 emails demanding to cancel and refund and they dont confirm to cancel. I finally got a responce that sounds like a robot.

They signed me up to a subscription! I cancelled it once I had been charged for a second time. Website says if it hasn’t been shipped yet they will refund! Hasn’t been shipped but they wouldn’t refund! After lots of going back and forth they said they refund 30% of my order which I still haven’t seen a month later!! Very average indeed!

This is the biggest fraud ever! They keep taking money out of my account monthly and keep sending me products, when I asked them to unsubscribe me and return the money they send email that they have yet they haven't as there is still money coming out of my account! Terrible customer service overall. Requested cancellation within a day of ordering after reading bad reviews. Was unable to get a hold of anyone. Stay away from this scam of a company! I wish my mum had of read these reviews before buying. not happy but understandable but have not received any tracking number or emails saying the new ones have been sent out. In fact! They have blocked her emails from being received because they keep getting bounced back now!! After multiple attempts to contact them! Now she’s out of pocket for the initial amount AND the extra shipping while they get their products back and we have nothing! Such a scam!

Do not fall for it as it's a spam . While payment their site automatically selects monthly subscriptions for you and you get charged each month. I tried to cancel as soon as I got the notification and they ignored all my requests. Do not go for this product
