Lies, lies, and more lies! – To start, his assessment of most aspects our our home were completely inaccurate. He said doors would not open. They did. He said windows were painted shut, and my husband went right over and opened it with ease. I don’t really understand why he would intentionally put inaccurate information in. In the report about our house, one of the pictures wasn’t even our house. Unacceptable. He also said there “may be” leaks in the roof. There aren’t. He said there “may be” mold in the attic. There wasn’t. Our buyers backed out because of his “inspection”. Luckily, it worked out in the end and a real inspector was hired by the next potential buyer. Totally inaccurate. Beware.

A Shocking Experience, The Customer Service Was Atrocious, And The Report Was Even Worse! – When the home inspection was carried out, [Name Removed] was in a major rush, barely even spoke to me, told me of a couple of issues at the end and left very promptly. A couple of days later I received a report, it was full of generic remarks, service all taps annually, service windows annually, scuffs on walls, investigate if required. We just had new kitchen with a premium tap work perfectly fine! The defects were not clear of their severity (minor or major or just comment). A few poor pictures of minor defects, none of the major defects!!! The next day I had my builder go over the report to see what needs to be done, he just laughed at the quality of the report!! We noted a few items requiring further clarity as we simply couldn’t understand or find some of the items. I called [Name Removed] and asked for the more details on the report. He told me if he won't update the report and if I want a new one, he’ll charge me for it! The I asked where some of issues were or if he can provide me with pictures as my builder simply couldn’t find them and I questioned some of the items in the report “worn unit”, “paint scuffs”. He then started shouting, being rude, abuse and said “if you’re going to be an a@#e about it” and “why didn’t your builder do it for you?” I was shocked. Eventually, he stopped shouting and I responded” I just want to understand a few items”, we went over a couple, but there was no clarity as he “can’t remember, I’ve seen other houses since then and I don’t have photographic memory”, then he had the audacity to say he can go over them further at my expense!!! I asked about the items “if required”, his reply was “I am just covering my a@#e”.
