I have "complained multiple times to their so-called tech support", and every time they shamelessly claim there is nothing wrong with the box. Instead of fixing anything, they keep asking me to perform ridiculous, useless troubleshooting steps that solve absolutely nothing. The only way to make this garbage work is to physically unplug the power cable and restart it again and again and even then, it only works briefly before freezing and buffering all over again. This is not a feature, it’s a defect.

The situation gets even worse with the local Indian grocery store owner who sold me this box. Before selling it, he confidently promised that he would personally take care of any issues. But the moment I went back to complain within just a couple of days, he completely backed out and said, Call the IT guy, he will fix it. The IT guy did "absolutely nothing", and the problem remains unchanged. Total dishonesty and zero accountability.

This product is a complete waste of money. Anyone considering buying the Maxx TV Gold Box should **RUN AWAY**. Do **NOT** waste your hard-earned money on this trash.

To be very clear, the Real Indian TV Box is FAR superior in every possible way. It actually works, doesn’t freeze every few minutes, and provides a stable viewing experience. Compared to that, Maxx TV Gold Box is a "Cheap, poorly made failure.

This entire experience feels like a **SCAM**—a terrible product, useless tech support, and false promises made at the time of sale. I think of escalating this matter to the Ombudsman or Consumer Court because consumers should not be cheated and misled into buying such a defective product.

Save yourself the anger, time, and money -- Avoid Maxx TV Gold Box at all costs.
