don’t care. Not what I’d expect after investing that much money in 1 item of clothing. I’ve had to hand stitch the seams back together in 3 places now and I’ve owned this piece for less than 6 months. It goes without saying that I take great care of my clothes and I’ve never had issues like this with other clothes I’ve bought from “cheaper” brands. I won’t be buying anything else from here, and I recommend you don’t either.
I purchased two items from this brand and the pants did not fit properly so I asked to return them for a refund. They said they do not refund and a store credit or size exchange is the only option for a return for change of mind. emails with them refusing to refund me and being told to read the T&C's I asked that they donate the $229 I paid to bushfire relief or donate a voucher as I do not want to buy from this business. I have emailed Liz 3 times and heard nothing back. They take your money and don't even have the decency to get back to you. I too own a small business and would never treat my customers this way nor deny them their money back. You should be ashamed of yourselves this is no way to treat your customers. I did not give you permission to keep my money. Do the right thing and reply to your customers emails so a resolution can be met.
Do not shop here – Absolutely appalling customer service and products. I bought a top Medium that fit and another top Large which was too small. On Instagram they acknowledged the faulty size and said they would refund, now they are not answering emails although they have the faulty top. It’s a risky purchase – The product is okay but the customer care is appalling. No refunds so you’d want to love a number of the other items as fall back. When I asked why the shorter version of the exact same dress cost more, they responded, ‘it just is’. They have a ‘suck it up’ attitude. Just awful…
Won't return my emails and stole my money – Fact, I bought a dress for $240 that I needed to exchange from small to medium. Fact, there is only an email to contact. arrived. Now the company will not answer my emails and has stolen my $10 return shipping. I don't know if they got the dress back as they refuse to return my email or to call me. Fact. I'm now out over $260 for a dress I never got to wear. Another fun Fact.... I've been a loyal customer for years! Bad business and no way way other then email to get hold of anyone. Don't shop here.
Disappointment – I am profoundly dissatisfied with the services provided by this company. As previously noted, the provision of customer service is lacking. 0 customer service – I tried to contact that company multiple times, asking for sizing or return items. No one there. I got a generic computer answer and that's it. Nobody home. I bought clothes online and now can't exchange some items because no one answers the customer service email. No phone number provided. The clothes are high end and have a high price tag but can't return them or exchange them. 0 customer service. Be aware.
