Not recommend this guy – I found him from oneflare, this guy after I paid him the money him not pick up the call anymore, not finish the job, I found him did the same way to cheat people. We lodged VBA360 and police officer already. Firmly opposed to allowing him to cheat again.

Worst Experience Ever – I have lodged a VBA360 complaint. Paid him for kitchen cabinets, new countertop amongst other items and I have . Toilet was taken away and nothing replaced it and sewerage hole not Capped. No working toilet onsite so no more contractors can come through. Eventually paid for plumber to install even though I paid for supply and install. Never paid the sub-contractor for my floors and never got my keys back from the sub-contractors and paying to change locks today out off pocket. Currently negotiating with other trades- people to complete the jobs outstanding and pay his sub-contractors which he hasn’t done. He is to not be trusted with his quality of work and completion of the job. Shoddy workmanship is being kind. Fisher Fan aka Zhenyu Fan is not to be paid until the job is completed
