Perfect engagement ring! – Goldnet was recommended by a friend as they designed their engagement/wedding rings. I really loved his work. My ring check all the boxes, the quality of the rock is amazing and the design is as I dreamed of. Eli followed all my instructions and the end product was more than perfect. I can’t recommend this store enough, I know getting married is a very special moment and if you decide to do your rings with Eli you won’t disappointed.

This I am certain is the cause of the band breaking where it was joined after it was repaired with correct metal. 3 I have lost count how many times the claw that holds the diamond has broken with one time causing the diamond to fall out and become fully dislodged. There have been many attempts to fix these problems and each time I have found myself having to go back over the 3 years since I purchased Item. I feel I have been patient and my last attempt of recent has fallen on deaf ears which I feel really bad given that I paid all this money for something that sits in a draw. I was told that it would require a lot of pressure or force to break which is made for everyday use. My wife works in retail and like her colleagues who also wear engagement rings perform the same duties and have had no issues with their rings (purchased elsewhere) so find it hard to believe it is something she has done to apply the amount of force that would normally be required to break platinum. Other measures she has taken was not wearing it to work and yet again same issue. It is not convenient to travel back and forth to get this fixed as I have to travel 120km round trip and to have done this multiple times within 3 years cost and time wasted has been another disappointing factor. Although the person I have dealt with has tried to help by repairing this multiple times I don’t feel that what I purchased was quality as compared to the ring I bought my wife from Michael Hill Jewellers I have had absolutely no issues and she wears this ring daily. So in my opinion and experience I would have to say unless they can come to the party and either replace completely or refund me that what I purchased was of poor quality and a very expensive drawer filler which disappoints me that i have given my wife will all good intentions something she cannot use!!
