Good Choice Packaging

We placed an order with this company and to this day we have never received the goods nor have they refunded the money after many requests. Complained to the triple c unable to assist. Next time I'll make sure I read the reviews before purchasing anything.

I placed an order in June 2025 and still have not received my order. I asked for a refund three times and three times they said they would process the refund but they never did. Now i see that the business is no longer trading. This is disgusting customer service. They are absolute frauds!

I have had the same experience with "Good Choice Packaging" as the other reviewers. Email address no longer works, it looks as though, like many others I have lost my money, not great in the Xmas month!!!!!!

Last year I used this company and all was fine. Recently, I recommended them to one of my workplaces - the order (with express shipping) was never fulfilled, several emails and phone calls were not answered. for dispatch. They said they would refund - and I assumed they did so. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and on 3rd of November I placed an order again, for my own business. I have texted, called, emailed several times with no response and no order delivered. My delivery address is within 20minutes from them so delivery should have been within a few days. I've since found out that they didn't refund my other workplace and obviously as per everyone else's recent experiences (and now my 2nd), they have no intention of actually delivering a service or goods.

Absolutely DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I have placed an order back in AUGUST, it is now NOVEMBER and the order has yet to be fulfilled. I have sent many emails, many texts, many calls and no replies.

Like many reviews before me, He does not send the product or respond to any emails or phone calls. Complete fraud business. AVOID, DO NOT PURCHASE.

Take your Order and money .. do not send product. They do not answer from 0411 813 034 and they do not reply to any emails.

Kyle is one of the worst operators I have had to deal with in 15 years of hospitality. Doesn’t answer his phone. Promises everything and delivers nothing. Avoid this business

Ordered almost 3 weeks ago and not yet received, I write a review to hopefully help others avoid the same situation myself and the past several reviewers are in. Tracking has not progressed past order placed and I have had zero replies to email and their "live" chat. While company looks legit and may have been in the past? It now takes money but thats about it.

I'd be surprised if anyone has actu a fly received their order. They can't be contacted to follow up on any order not delivered. Sorry I can't give no stars

Im not sure if something's changed or not, previously had good correspondence, agreed on an order, their rep said for the first order, to go through him directly, not the website. Order placed, first week delays, second week "sorry it should arrive tomorrow" then completely ghosted.

Same experience as everyone below. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Website claims fast delivery. Nonsense!!! Zero correspondence back after making multiple enquiries as to where my products are. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend!!!!

chase them repeatedly just to get basic updates. Weeks later, still no product, no valid tracking, and no refund.

Unfortunately after reading other reviews, it seems this is a pattern. Businesses rely on prompt supply, and being left in the dark without stock or money back is unacceptable.

We’ve since escalated this through formal channels and our payment provider. Would not recommend GCP for any business that values reliability or service.

After several emails asking about the whereabouts of my purchase, I still have not received my products. Purchase was made on 15/3/2025. policy says 2-7 business days but they did not respond. I have also now asked for a refund of my order as it still hasn't been delivered but I am not receiving any responses from Good Choice Packaging. I live within 50kms of this company, so delivery should not be taking this long. This company is obviously fraudulent, so I suggest you choose to spend your money anywhere other than with this company.

Scam. Been waiting for my order of 3 x 500pce Chinese containers $337.78 order on the 18/12/24. After emailing to no avail. I found there phone number. By far the worst company and I’d recommend that you don’t buy from them. Pay that extra $50 and go elsewhere.

Scam Type Business, Lies and Swindles – Avoid, fleeces you for money. Product never sent, unreliable to contact. Lies, does not return calls or messages. Con man and fraud. Thankfully bank was able to chargeback. Do not risk it!

Good quality Jumbo toilet rolls – Ordered Jumbo Toilet rolls from them in April 2023. Initially had issues with delivery but the company intervened and delivered the goods.
