Bright Skin and Supercharge Trio – I have been using the Bright Skin exfoliant as a mask and the Supercharge Trio Routine for few years now and still love it. My skin feels healthier and looks more radiant. These products are quite expensive but it complements well with my 10-step Skincare routine.

A genuinely great product! – I initially bought this for my old lady skin and was impressed and then I had a reaction to an eye shadow pallet which I went to the Dr for, as it caused an allergic reaction similar to contact dermatitis. Mild steroid cream prescribed partly helped but caused redness in my eyes. I used a little of the Bescher cream I had and within 2 days it had cleared up. Extraordinary!

and blotchy tone, too dry and too oily patches. I HATED it. Now I've got the skin I always wanted. I've tried several different GoodieCo products and loved them all. On top of the oil cleansers which have done exactly as they claimed, the serums and treatment products I've also seen results from. I get compliments all the time and rarely wear any makeup, I haven't worn foundation over a year. I have facial eczema and I find the products gentle enough that the inflammation is soothed and not further aggravated. The price is definitely something that might put you off (I was nervous about it for sure) however I would caveat that by saying the products only require you to use a few drops each time and they last for quite a few months (depending on the size you get obviously - point being it's a tiny amount per day). I've spent thousands over the years on rubbish that doesn't work and was further damaging my skin. So for me, it's been worth it. I did initially question the company's models of selling (trios vs individual products), however, I have seen them changing their model in the time I've been a customer and I can understand how batch selling works for limited stock. It's no different to similar small boutique skincare companies. Hopefully, they'll continue to work on being flexible about this but it's never been too much of an issue for me. As far as the products go, personally I've never loved my skin more, it's such a relief. I look forward to my routine every day.

Don’t recommend – Goodieco made me break out like nothing else. It was not due to purging. Customer service was terrible, and they delete any bad reviews from their website. Beware.

So Expensive – I really love this product, and have been using for a few years, but I always go between another product which is more affordable. It’s a shame. My husband looked up what the “fancy” products were and said he can make this for me for a quarter of the cost.

I fell for the facebook ads – I persisted for 7 days using the Nourishing Trio and Neck Serum, but my skin has never been so dry. Three days in, I caved and used a hydrating mask to try to bring it back to its normal condition. On the seventh day, I caved again, and added a regular moisturiser. have provided no moisturising or hydrating benefit on me at all. I can see shine from the oil, but it’s dry underneath the oil layer. When wearing makeup, the oil seeps through leaving a high shine.

From the first use, I felt the cleansing oil strip my skin, like it was pulling out the moisture. My skin feels prickly and parched. It feels dry all the time, even immediately after applying the face oil and serum. There is no way these products will get me through Winter.

The cleansing oil doesn't spread easily over my face as shown in the promotional video. I have to wet my face before and during the process, sometimes twice.

I was going to persist with the routine for one month, but really can't stand how my skin feels. Perhaps the products are suitable for very oily teenage skin. Typically, my skin is normal - dry. I now have to work on getting it back to its usual condition.

noticed my skin get darker and scabby.... after 3 uses, the scabs became wounds, and my entire face hyperpigmented. I thought it was because I had a change in something and ignored it. A few days later, my mum noticed how terrible it was. At this point I stopped using it and applied only sunscren for 2 weeks. It reduced the pigmentation significantly. And have never looked back at these horrible products. Have considered giving to friends, but I wouldn't want anyone to spend month rectifying their face by doing external therapy ie LED to fix the damage. HORRIBLE SERVICE, POOR PRODUCT, FALSE MARKETING.. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM YOU.

Amazing! – I was a little sceptical at first as I've tried so many different products with little or no lasting effects, but the Mint Goodieco cleanser is amazing! My skin feels so soft, it has cleared up a lot (but not all) of problem areas, and my pores are noticeably smaller. It's a little pricey, but quick sending, great communication, and natural product. It is definitely worth trying.

Look elsewhere – Broke my skin out like nothing else, continued on as staff advised it was just purging. When I tried to leave an honest review on their website, it was never published as it was less than glowing.

Poor customer service after product caused allergic response – I recently received a Nourishing Trio pack as a gift for Christmas. After 2 uses, I noticed my skin was itchy soon after use. this same set for herself had a full allergic reaction to the product with swelling of the face including eyes.

As a healthcare provider, I know the initial symptoms of dermal allergies and opted to cease using the product. After several attempts to find a resolution to a product that I can't use and $129 spent by my family member, NO RESPONSE!

It should be noted that the company also failed to respond to the gift giver until a review was written on this forum.

I would think that the safety of the users should be paramount though it seems like bad "press" is GoodieCo's greatest concern. Highly recommend AGAINST ordering this product. If you have any bad reactions, you will have to jump through hoops to get any response, let alone, a resolution.

for them during these so-called 'top-up weekends' It all smells very much like an attempt at being viewed as exclusive so prices can be bumped higher and higher. Also putting in a FOMO along with a 'got to have this as it's so hard to get'. All of that just feels insulting, like we cannot see what they are doing. I wanted to try the eye treatment, haven't been able to get it and I am not the type to go in beg for it when they tell me I have 24 hours to buy it or I will miss out. Instead, I am the type to walk away from an organisation that treats its customers like they are stupid and manipulates them.

So good skincare, I like it, but I just don't feel right about the FOMO marketing, or being told when I am allowed to try and get one of their products, as it really is not 'THAT' special.

Sadly I have seen no improvement – I started using the products almost 2 months ago and I haven’t seen any improvement. Nil improvement in redness/pigmentation/uneven skin tone. I have tried reaching out to customer care and was hoping I would be given more advice or even advised to try another product in combination but just informed it can take several months.

Do not get back to you after numerous contacts – After numerous requests on orders not received, still no contact from this company, have sent emails on their page plus instagram and still no reply, Terrible customer service, only time they contact you is when you place an order.

I ordered a full size kit. Everything was fine until I hit my 3rd week. I have never really had acne in my life. I will get 1 or 2 during my monthly cycle but it will always clear itself. I do put those acne dots but that's about it.

Anyway, by week 3 & 4 - I wake up and my face is hurting with huge, deep and irritated acne. Sometimes during the day - I get a new one too. It was hurting my face even when I was cleaning it.

I decided to continue for another week because I thought my skin was just "purging". Oh boy I was wrong. I wish I read all these comments before purchasing my first trial kit. This has completely ruined my face. I am so upset and now in lock down in Sydney - I can't even see a dermatologist to help me restore my skin.

I am now back using my Tatcha products. I added boiling calandula flowers and using the water to wash my face and as a toner to unclog my pores and calm down my pimples. 2 weeks after and still having these damn acne that's just so under the skin that it is painful and hard to get rid of.

Be warned before making a purchase. It might have worked for many and I am an unfortunate case. I didn't try to contact customer service to return the product - it went straight to the bin where it belongs. I should have known that layering oils and serum is bound to clog my pores but I didn't listen to my instinct. I am now paying for the consequences of my wrong decision.

built up on my skin. I started to have whiteheads, my skin wasn’t smooth anymore. It’s rough and feels disgusting to touch. I emailed Goodieco about my skin, the side effects from the products. They asked me to provide a doctor statement about my skin condition, I said I don’t have time to go to doctor, wasting my money and time after I have already wasted my money buying their products. Then they asked photos of my skin condition so I gave it to them. The only thing they gave me was an article. After couple of months, I have been stopped using them as their suggestion but my skin didn’t get any better. I wrote back to them, mentioning my skin condition and how disappointed I was that they didn’t follow up my progress. I have to do some treatments at skin clinic and it wasn’t cheap. Goodieco promised to give my money back from the purchase. But of course, they have to make everything hard again by asking me to send the products with tracking numbers. I asked them to give me the post label so I can return the products to them. They didn’t give it to me and they ignored me. They didn’t reply my emails. They didn’t keep their promise, they just brushed me away, they didn’t return my money back!

Enjoying it – I bought the basic skin cleansing pack because it was recommended for red skin. I’m 58 and have started to have red sensitive skin as I’ve got older. I use the oils and serum morning and night and it’s made a huge difference. I do believe this product works, the only down side for me is the price. For the size of the bottles it seems overpriced. Apart from that a good product.

Poor customer service and product availability – This company is useless and their customer service is terrible. They never have single oils available so you are stuck buying the three step options even if you don't need them. Love, love ,love! – Easy to use skin care routine - love how quick and simple it is. Love how my skin feels and looks - no more tight, dry, itchy skin. I have very sensitive skin and does not irritate or cause break outs.

Another Oil From Goodieco I can't live without! – I use the cleansing set, body oil and most recently the BOUNCE everyday. AMAZING! Once again couldn't be happier with my Goodieco oils!
