Poor customer service after product caused allergic response
I recently received a Nourishing Trio pack as a gift for Christmas. After 2 uses, I noticed my skin was itchy soon after use. To prevent a full allergic reaction I discontinued use and contacted the company. Other than requesting photos and other ordering information, I have heard nothing back from the company.
My family member who also purchased this same set for herself had a full allergic reaction to the product with swelling of the face including eyes.
As a healthcare provider, I know the initial symptoms of dermal allergies and opted to ...
Read morecease using the product. After several attempts to find a resolution to a product that I can't use and $129 spent by my family member, NO RESPONSE! It should be noted that the company also failed to respond to the gift giver until a review was written on this forum. I would think that the safety of the users should be paramount though it seems like bad "press" is GoodieCo's greatest concern. Highly recommend AGAINST ordering this product. If you have any bad reactions, you will have to jump through hoops to get any response, let alone, a resolution.Ruined my skin (they call it purging, I call it disaster)
I wrote a review and rated it 2 stars on their Web page but somehow it's disappeared.
Since using the Nourishing Trio products, my face has broken out leaving acne scars which in turn has not made my face smoother as advertised but worst.
I have been using these products for about 4 weeks and even though I tell myself to stop, I believed it will get better.
Unfortunately it hasn't as the "purging" is just spreading.
For over $400 these products for me, are just not worth the misery.
Amazing product
The products are brilliant. My skin had never look better and I have a little se sensitive skin. The redness itself almost gone. I normally put make up but not now it looks good. The price a bit expensive was good. So good on your skin. Helps to moisturise your skin ver well. I very satisfied with quality of product. Sure when order the product is available and I received it in 5 working days. Which is good. I love it make my skin feel so good. Thanks Goodieco

Torn, love the products not the manipulative marketing as it feels, well, insulting
So I actually like GoodieCo's 3 step skincare and I really enjoy using it. I didn't think much of the masque and I am likely going to stop buying it, not because I do not like it, but because of their marketing. I feel they think we are stupid. This not being able to get products and insinuating they are so special we should all have to fight for them during these so-called 'top-up weekends' It all smells very much like an attempt at being viewed as exclusive so prices can be bumped higher and higher. Also putting in a FOMO along with a '...
Read moregot to have this as it's so hard to get'. All of that just feels insulting, like we cannot see what they are doing. I wanted to try the eye treatment, haven't been able to get it and I am not the type to go in beg for it when they tell me I have 24 hours to buy it or I will miss out. Instead, I am the type to walk away from an organisation that treats its customers like they are stupid and manipulates them. So good skincare, I like it, but I just don't feel right about the FOMO marketing, or being told when I am allowed to try and get one of their products, as it really is not 'THAT' special.Find out how Goodieco compares to other Beauty Product Brands

be very careful and aware
Packaging looked great, oils smelt and felt lovely on first application,
However, I got a terrible skin infection from this oil system. My skin was lovely before and Id found the marketing of Facebook to be appealing.
My GP has prescribed antibiotics and advise to discard the expensive trio of oils I’d only used for 2 weeks.
The company is not transparent, it’s a very clever product marketing scheme without any accreditation.
Where are the products made and under what conditions?
This product is not pharmaceutical grade, not even sure if it’...

Sadly I have seen no improvement
I started using the products almost 2 months ago and I haven’t seen any improvement. Nil improvement in redness/pigmentation/uneven skin tone. I have tried reaching out to customer care and was hoping I would be given more advice or even advised to try another product in combination but just informed it can take several months.

Do not get back to you after numerous contacts
After numerous requests on orders not received, still no contact from this company, have sent emails on their page plus instagram and still no reply, Terrible customer service, only time they contact you is when you place an order.
Be warned!
I was lured in by all these Facebook ads. I typically have a good skincare routine using Tatcha products. Looking to find something a little less expensive. Although these trio's are not cheap by any means, it's still a little less than my current routine. 2 weeks in - loving the products. I was scared of running out before a new one get to me so I ordered a full size kit. Everything was fine until I hit my 3rd week. I have never really had acne in my life. I will get 1 or 2 during my monthly cycle but it will always clear itself. I do put thos...
Read moree acne dots but that's about it. Anyway, by week 3 & 4 - I wake up and my face is hurting with huge, deep and irritated acne. Sometimes during the day - I get a new one too. It was hurting my face even when I was cleaning it. I decided to continue for another week because I thought my skin was just "purging". Oh boy I was wrong. I wish I read all these comments before purchasing my first trial kit. This has completely ruined my face. I am so upset and now in lock down in Sydney - I can't even see a dermatologist to help me restore my skin. I am now back using my Tatcha products. I added boiling calandula flowers and using the water to wash my face and as a toner to unclog my pores and calm down my pimples. 2 weeks after and still having these damn acne that's just so under the skin that it is painful and hard to get rid of. Be warned before making a purchase. It might have worked for many and I am an unfortunate case. I didn't try to contact customer service to return the product - it went straight to the bin where it belongs. I should have known that layering oils and serum is bound to clog my pores but I didn't listen to my instinct. I am now paying for the consequences of my wrong decision.- 2 reviews

Empty promises, ruin my skin
I bought Goodieco Supercharged Trio for oily skin. At the time, I was sceptical about the products made from oil for oily skin but because they have good reviews at Instagram so I wanted to give it a try. I bought small kits twice, at first it seems to be working, then I bought the big bottles. Then, it went downhill. The oil from the products built up on my skin. I started to have whiteheads, my skin wasn’t smooth anymore. It’s rough and feels disgusting to touch. I emailed Goodieco about my skin, the side effects from the products. They asked...
Read more me to provide a doctor statement about my skin condition, I said I don’t have time to go to doctor, wasting my money and time after I have already wasted my money buying their products. Then they asked photos of my skin condition so I gave it to them. The only thing they gave me was an article. After couple of months, I have been stopped using them as their suggestion but my skin didn’t get any better. I wrote back to them, mentioning my skin condition and how disappointed I was that they didn’t follow up my progress. I have to do some treatments at skin clinic and it wasn’t cheap. Goodieco promised to give my money back from the purchase. But of course, they have to make everything hard again by asking me to send the products with tracking numbers. I asked them to give me the post label so I can return the products to them. They didn’t give it to me and they ignored me. They didn’t reply my emails. They didn’t keep their promise, they just brushed me away, they didn’t return my money back!Find out how Goodieco compares to other Beauty Product Brands

Enjoying it
I bought the basic skin cleansing pack because it was recommended for red skin. I’m 58 and have started to have red sensitive skin as I’ve got older. I use the oils and serum morning and night and it’s made a huge difference. I do believe this product works, the only down side for me is the price. For the size of the bottles it seems overpriced. Apart from that a good product.

Poor customer service and product availability.
This company is useless and their customer service is terrible.
They never have single oils available so you are stuck buying the three step options even if you don't need them. It's a shame because I do really like one of the oils but I am so frustrated with the above I would rather not support the business. prepare to be ignored if you have a query or issue with your order.

Love, love ,love!
Easy to use skin care routine - love how quick and simple it is. Love how my skin feels and looks - no more tight, dry, itchy skin. I have very sensitive skin and does not irritate or cause break outs.

Another Oil From Goodieco I can't live without!
I use the cleansing set, body oil and most recently the BOUNCE everyday. AMAZING! Once again couldn't be happier with my Goodieco oils!

Easy to stick to and absolutely love the results!
Simple 3 steps, does not make your skin feel oily, although it's oil. Smells great and is light weight. I have never repeatedly purchased a skin care system til Goodie.
Love this product
I love this product. The best I have used in a very long time. My skin feels to lovely and hydrated all the time

Questions & Answers
I was just wondering since goodie co is oil base. Would it clog up pores?
Yes, they are all oils. Not sure about clogging pores as the product caused an allergic reaction after 2 uses so I stopped using the product. Didn't get much resolution or help from the company.
I really want to try this product but the bad reviews have me really concerned. I don’t want to waste money on a product only to find that I can’t get a refund. I am also curious as to how the company can say that one reviewer was online bullying and yet their response on her review was pretty defamatory also...
Yes, that response was a worry, wasn’t it, I read that before ordering and it almost put me off. Personally, if I were you, I’d wait for a sale and get the trio best suited to your skin and make up yo...
Read moreur own mind, it’s a great set for me, I’m 39 and I use the nourishing trio, and I feel this is a great base for skincare routine. Sign up for emails and get the trio at a good price, that will minimise the risk... but be prepared, risk is involved I’m afraid. Good luck! All the bad reviews are correct. I am one of Goodieco’s victim. Be aware
The same happened to me as well. My skin has never been worse. Not even as a teenager did my skin ever break out like it has since using those terrible products. Two months later and I’m still trying to repair it.
I have acne prone and combination skin. Is goodieco good for me?

Read moreApparently, they prefer I continue to use the product to create a greater visual allergic response to "prove" that there was a reaction. In addition, they try to steer blame on other products used such as shampoo (haven't changed in years), other facial products (same as shampoo), or any item that they can point to in order to deflect cause on their oils. As I had predicted, the only time they responded was after a negative review was posted. Even then, instead of finding out what product may have caused the reaction or rectify the situation even on the most basic level, Goodico reps tried to displace the blame and dismissed the issue.
