looks like they've packed up and gone – completely agree with the "Bad Customer" review from August 16, 2016. Used them a fair bit and no problems until now - cannot complete my order. Not entirely sure how the two most recent reviews had their money taken though - I was able to add items to my cart, proceed to checkout and key in my address etc, but it wouldn't let me enter in any payment details? Agree they do not respond to calls and emails.

IT'S A SCAM!! – My first order came with no hitches. On the website they ask returning customers not to use Paypal to pay for items, luckily I decided to use Paypal anyway. My order was over $100 and it never came. I have since emailed several times with no response for over a month. Also the phone number on their website does not connect.

DON'T shop here! – Just like Ziem, they took the money and delivered nothing. Now they won't respond to any of my calls or emails. I now have my bank chasing up the transaction.

Bad Customer – Used this company a lot then last week tried to order online and online ordering wasn't working .. it said email customer service which I did, got no response so waited a few days tried ordering online still couldn't order so again I emailed customer service still no response. Take my business elsewhere.

GoPet frauds – Take the money, don't deliver any goods and don't return calls or emails. In anybody's language, that is fraudulent criminal behaviour. GoPet still operating their website and taking new victims, I mean customers.

No pet food that I have paid for, but they can't give me a credit.

Very disappointed!

Rudest customer service ever in the history of online purchasing – Have been a customer of many online pet retailers for many years and thought giving this one a go would be convenient as their paid for Google tag line is, "Buy online by 1 pm same day dispatch Free delivery available". convenient. So I ordered a large bag, relying on the next day delivery promise. The next day, waiting to receive my box, instead to receive a mid day email informing me that the item, which was still listed as being available, was in face, out of stock and to expect a delivery in 48 hours. So 3 days after ordering. So I replied to them to just let them know that I chose them because of the 1 day promise to see what they would say.

Instead of the "We're so sorry for the inconvenience, out of our hands, etc " that you would normally expect, instead I was treated to a rude, aggressively toned email from a senior member of staff (who I won't name or but trust me, fairly high up) complaining in no uncertain terms about how unfair my (private and unpublished) feedback was, how the postage was free, how I'd used the wrong discount code, listing every purchase I'd ever made and showing that I'd had the temerity to buy those items on special offer. And, if I ever tried to use one discount code again it would not be honoured. Well all I can say to that is, sort your computer stock control out and sort your website out so invalid codes don't work. Not my fault your website allows customer error! And there was a current valid code so why the issue?

Clearly this is a one or two man band at best with no idea how to treat customers. As someone who also runs an online business, you cannot treat your customers with such thinly veiled contempt.

If you can't deliver next day delivery, don't offer it or pay Google to advertise it as your unique point of sale. If you don't want customers to buy items on special, don't offer them. If you don't want customers to make the most of your free post when they've just spent over $70, then don't offer it. Just don't expect your customers to return ever again if send them snotty emails complaining about them purchasing from you! I for one will not deign to use your online store ever again.
