Poor communication and expensive build – Good * The house can be inspected any time. * The supervisors were easy to get hold of and communication was prompt but... . Areas for Improvement * Poor build communication: There were communication problems during the building process. * Limited quote details: The quote lacked itemised details for the base build. Additionally, we were not refunded for the variations without any reason. * Poor post-build support: ** Had to wait more than a year to fix some building defects. ** Did not do signed work and refunded the money without consulting us. * Water logging issue: The house experienced water logging, and the builder was unable to fix it even after 1.5 years. * On the same day, I received different quotes for the same work from different people. The quotes were $1200 and $2500 * Design flaws: The house was not designed appropriately, as evidenced by issues like poor drainage and an insufficient yard pit for the location. To avoid similar problems in the future, consider requesting a detailed specification that includes each item (company name). Unsatisfied – During sales process everything fine (always). This company has a very poor customer service, communication and feedbacks. Few people is this company are friendly and others are rude. They do not communicate changes for the client they simply change and you see after. They are not clear in what they need, particularly at the end of process (documents required). As I checked the site frequently I could identify many things that I asked to be fixed and some of them are still post-construction. Very unhappy with what they did in the kitchen cabinet where they cut it instead to remake the wall above it. Second time asking for a garage remote control replacement. The first time it took a month to get it. Everything you need is necessary many calls. To have the handover was necessary a lot of pressure. It is not possible recommend this company when you can see around you other companies being more efficient. What I get indignant about is that the customer, who pays, has to beg.
