Unsatisfied – During sales process everything fine (always). This company has a very poor customer service, communication and feedbacks. Few people is this company are friendly and others are rude. They do not communicate changes for the client they simply change and you see after. They are not clear in what they need, particularly at the end of process (documents required). As I checked the site frequently I could identify many things that I asked to be fixed and some of them are still post-construction. Very unhappy with what they did in the kitchen cabinet where they cut it instead to remake the wall above it. Second time asking for a garage remote control replacement. The first time it took a month to get it. Everything you need is necessary many calls. To have the handover was necessary a lot of pressure. It is not possible recommend this company when you can see around you other companies being more efficient. What I get indignant about is that the customer, who pays, has to beg.
