Very average – I order quite a lot online and was really disappointed with my experience at this website. I was really exited to find a couple of party themes here that I couldn't see anywhere else so I put an order in and then two weeks slater found out items were not in stock, I did get my order eventually but was disappointed with the delivery and service. Good range Slow

Not Happy – They still owe me money for items I ordered that weren't in stock! They told me I couldn't have a refund, but could only have a store credit. That is ridiculous. No stock then refund is due!!! If anyone has any info on this business please advise. I want my money!! If not, well I strongly believe in Karma!! :(

Absolute Disgrace – I could not believe this service, it's would quiet easily be the worst I have ever received. never received any confirmation emails once I placed my order either), I emailed them and they said it should be here this week. It came about a week later. But the balloons were missing.. so I have paid $50 for a plastic throw away table cloth and 16 mini serviettes!!!!!!! I emailed them several times with no response and see that their website is now closed and phone number disconnected. Originally when I contacted them they told me they were moving. I have sent several emails and heard nothing back. I will now take this to my bank after reading this is what other people did. Hopefully I can get some money back. so annoyed!

Worst service ever Do Not Order From Them – I ordered goods and half arrived 4 weeks after the order and 8 weeks later I still havn't got the full order. Postage was expensive, it was thrown in a bad and damaged when reveived.

Do not use this company – Absolute thieving business. They have now shut down their website. Do not use this business. They have basically stolen my money and i do not have any products at all for my daughters birthday party. I will be making sure this business in investigated by the accc.

disconnected. No reply from any of their email addresses. ETA on goods was 2 weeks, it took 5. One quarter of the goods I paid for arrived. They look used. The plates are in a freezer bag ...tied up with a couple of necklaces thrown in ?!

IHave contacted ACCC and recieving legal advice.

These people need to be shut down and prosecuted. It is illegal what they are doing.

No Customer Service!! Do not use them at all!! – I tried to book a party with this company. I had a date tentatively booked in. 4 weeks later, multiple emails, phone calls and visit to the shop and no return correspondence at all. Thank goodness I did not put down a deposit. No business will ever be a success if you don't bother responding to potential clients! Service - what service?? Communication - none!

Money was taken – My money was taken, goods weren't delivered and they never returned my emails or calls. I put in a complaint with Fair Trade. Places like this should not exist as they ruin what is supposed to be a happy celebration. Wish I had read the blogs before I orderd!

Do Not Use These People – Disgusting unprofessional turnout. I have also ordered things, my order came but it was an inferior substitute to what I had ordered they said they would refund my money if I sent it back which I did and of course my money was not refunded. No answer to emails etc so I am lodging a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading.

Beware - do not touch them – I placed an order 1st December 2011 and my money was taken out of my account straight away. The party was 26/01/12 and I'm still waiting for the order! frustrating thing! I sent them an email advising they have 1 week to have the money refunded to my account however this has not happened so I am now making an official complaint to Consumer Affairs VIC. I am also making a police report for stealing / fraud as they obviously had no intentions of sending my order but happily took my money. If the order wasn't in stock or able to be sent out in time for the party, then that is life - but it does not give them the right to take the money out of my account!

Terrible, do not expect anything above the bare minimum that they can get away with – I had a birthday party for my two daughters and was very disappointed. cost approx $3-$5  and no where near as pretty as the one pictured in the advert. There were no chairs set out for adults to use inside the venue. However the adults were allowed to use the ledge of the storage cabinet The children played 2 games in which no prizes were handed out and the birthday girls did not receive a present as advertised. The games were not age suitable for the birthday girls or their younger friends and as a result both birthday girls and 3 other little party guests were unable to play and ended up sitting out. There was not a focus on either of the birthday girls, nor was it catering to their age group The overall attitude of the hostess' was one of bored indifference. The hostess’ made no effort to include the birthday girls instead focused on the older ones that were more easily involved. In short they did not want to be there. When the food did arrive, there was not much and certainly not enough for a lunch with 8 of the10 party guests needed to eat a meal after the party.  Many had not finished eating cake when we were were told our time was up and that we had to leave Overall, a shocking experience

look in to it. I have have heard nothing since and had no replies to my voicemail messages or email. Do not buy from these people because they will happily take your money, send your goods late and never reply to you.

Products arrived late, no customer service, never got my money back or even a phone call or email to advise.

There was lots of food, their party bags were included, they received a heilum balloon each, a prize in parce the parcel, it was a dream come true for me aswell as i didn't have to do a thing! Already planning another party there and some kids at the party have already booked their parties with Gorgeous Little Parties. Best party place!! Gorgeous Little Parties – Fantastic!!! I am so pleased with how my daughters 6th Birthday went. She had a dress-up party with the fairy host Elise (who's was fantastic) There was plenty of food. The girls had glitter makeup done, played games and were kept entertained the whole time. While the mums relaxed with coffee across the road at the little cafe. Thank you so much!!
