Not giving full refunds is so deceptive, and I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau in the US, which I think is like our ACCC and I suggest everyone do the same.

about you run a good business where you only sell products that are allowed in to the customers country. Talk about false advertising. I'll be reporting this to consumer business services, as GoSupps should be banned from selling products in Australia if they're going to behave like this, and CBS will be quick to issue a fine, as they should. The short sighted thing by GoSupps is, the fine from consumer business services is going to be a lot bigger than if GoSupps just refunded our $76.99 AUS. Also repeated offences will mean GoSupps will be red flagged in Australia by both consumer business services and customs. Talk about a business with terrible polices and customer service. You should just own your mistake rather than continue to advertise falsely.

They are complete scammers – They are disgusting scammers. My husband ordered me Christmas presents there not knowing what outrageous fees he would have to pay to have it delivered to our home in Germany and it was things I would never want so I told them we were going to return them and they said they would give us a refund minus restocking fee and now they refuse to answer our emails to give us the refund. Why are they still in business?They are fraudulent!

Buyer Beware – Total rip off. They never sent me an official receipt. I received a call from DHL saying I owed them money for more shipping. If I would have known they wanted more money for Shipping, I never would have made the purchase. It wasn't worth it for what I bought. Reading the other reviews , I'm confident in saying I was scammed.

Unreliable and incompetent – Their shipping dates are extremely unreliable. Do not order anything hoping to get it in time, because you will not. Avoid.

Will definitely order from them again! – Ordered twice from GoSupps. First went smoothly. Second time, they had some supply issues. I contacted them via whatsapp, all got sorted, they sent a different brand of product once they had confirmed I was ok with the change. No complaints. They have a wide range of products and great customer service!

research and found other reviews I realised I would not be getting my product or my full money back (check the terms and conditions, they keep the ‘shipping’ costs). When I exposed I knew the game plan sending pictures of other reviews in the WhatsApp, the person returned my money so as not to risk their ‘reputation’ being damaged. I’m giving GoSupps 1 star because 1/2 a star is not available for the fact they returned my money (the game is up) and the lesson this taught me to do my research BEFORE buying anything online.

Never received my pillow – I ordered a pillow on March 26 they said on hold in customs it is not. Unable to to talk to customer service. Just sent email saying it’s up to me to find it. I called DHL they said they did not have it. Very frustrated. Cost of 174.89!

Incomplete Refund | International Shipment – Customer service refuses to refund the full amount as they would not cover the discrepancy in currency exchange on an international order. No I paid for a product I never received as it got cancelled/refunded several days later. If you offering international shipment; do it right! Super impressed – I received my order at a great price from gosupp and it arrived quickly. I am still waiting on an order from within Australia since March 3rd from Target haha. I ordered from gosupp 15th of March and received my items from the US today. 26th of March. Great customer service also. Very friendly.
