services but, because of GrabOne’s strict two-month redemption policy, I will not be paid for that work.
I reached out to GrabOne, explaining the honest mistake and requesting payment for the services I had already provided, but they refused. They are holding onto money that rightfully belongs to me. I have since informed the affected clients, and the response has been unanimous—they are appalled and will not be using GrabOne again.
As a consumer, be aware that GrabOne profits from unredeemed vouchers—they rely on people missing expiration dates so they can pocket the full amount without paying merchants.
Shame on you, GrabOne. You’ve lost a merchant and potential clients. This experience will be widely shared to warn others. Better of the go with group one or get in touch with the merchants directly to take out the 3rd party like GrabOne
Knock offs – Products straight from china and just rip off clones of quality products not a good idea

I doubt with a girl named [Name Removed] who seemed polite only for her the next day to block my email and then for me to be informed both my account and purchases have been voided, and yet I have already paid, and they sent me an email calling me a fraud, but got my debit card details and address of where I live, let alone my real name, which was beyond rude. I am absolutely disgusted and I want a refund, what a Mickey Mouse club they are.
SCAM terrible – I purchased a Item from thus crew they notified me that my payment failed which I thought was odd....I proceeded to make another payment as I was prompted to do so. it is a scam – They never deliver my goods, and they refuse to refund me. They say that it was delivered but it never arrived. It is a coincidence that the same happen to everybody, or it is a scam
No delivery and only partially refunded! – No contact for over a month finally get ahold of them and they say the item wasn’t delivered and gave me a partial refund just for the product and kept my money that I paid for the shipping! Discount vouchers don’t work – We tried to get out 15% discount from our order using the vouchers. They were not out of date. They did not discount our order. We screen shot our order and sent to Grab One. After 4 emails to them and receiving their generic reply I realise they’re not going to help. They’re buying time and hoping we go away. unfortunate seeming's they are a kiwi company. I also started researching the actual law and apparently it is actually against NZ consumer laws for them to try and push us off onto their suppliers FYI anyone having the same issues as me.
Will never buy again – Bought 11pc resistant band set, had I known it was being shipped from China and was going to take so long wouldn't of bothered. Track n trace hasn't been updated for 3 weeks.. Shipped from Shenzen. Wish I could cancel and get my money back
Only Good For New Businesses – So Grabone offers the opportunity of exposure but their system is very dinosaur. You have to email daily your orders and tracking numbers to receive payment. They are not very imfirmative about how it works they just get signed up and it feels lime your chasing them after that point. Their charge is quite hefty for the service they provide.
Great customer service from grabone – On our 4th visit to ling ling thai massage in brisbane, we experienced very poor customer service. 3, 1hr massages were booked for 11am. When we arrived, they could only fit 1 person in and told us to rebook the other 2 massages. There were 3 staff members present. This situation was helped by the fact that grabone has great customer service. They refunded the whole $117 within 1 week. Grabone has great customer service

Terrible site I will never purchase anything from GrabOne every again!!! – My item was advertised with a specific date which is Christmas or understandably 2 days later. It has now been almost 2 weeks and I have not received anything, after contacting them several times they finally understood that. However now I'm trying to get a refund from them and they replied saying sorry for the convince blah blah blah yet still no refund. Never received my purchase and now trying to get my refund. What a joke!

contacting Grab One Australia, they insist that the credit does not expire and I can use them on the other sites. How? The other sites are for the Central Coast, Brisbane and Canberra. No use to a Sydneysider in the least. I have requested a refund so I can purchase something else. All Grab One wants to do after nearly 4 weeks of emails is argue the toss. I have sent an enquiry to OFT and am awaiting a reply.

took another few days for someone to contact me and then they implied it was my error but credited the extra two payments. Item arrived after weeks, delivered straight from China, with wrong plug and adaptor ill fitting and slipping off. Cleaner was of the worst quality and did not do what it was supposed to. Still trying trying to contact Grab One but cannot get a response from them. Would never order again from this site..
