Only Good For New Businesses

So Grabone offers the opportunity of exposure but their system is very dinosaur. You have to email daily your orders and tracking numbers to receive payment.
They are not very imfirmative about how it works they just get signed up and it feels lime your chasing them after that point.
Their charge is quite hefty for the service they provide.

Great customer service from grabone

On our 4th visit to ling ling thai massage in brisbane, we experienced very poor customer service. 3, 1hr massages were booked for 11am. When we arrived, they could only fit 1 person in and told us to rebook the other 2 massages. There were 3 staff members present. We noted that they had a customer already getting a 2hr massage and payed full price. Ling ling thai massage open at 10am, so they had no intention of fitting us in. They turn away grabone customers for full priced customers. They treated us like 2nd class citizens. This situation was helped by the fact that grabone has great customer service. They refunded the whole $117 within 1 week.

Terrible site I will never purchase anything from GrabOne every again!!!

My item was advertised with a specific date which is Christmas or understandably 2 days later. It has now been almost 2 weeks and I have not received anything, after contacting them several times they finally understood that. However now I'm trying to get a refund from them and they replied saying sorry for the convince blah blah blah yet still no refund. Never received my purchase and now trying to get my refund. What a joke!

False Advertising by GrabOne Australia!

I was sent a gift voucher for the above company last December, the Sydney and Melbourne websites were noted on the website as coming soon. My benefactor was told by the Customer Services dept in NZ that the Sydney and Melbourne websites would be up and running by April. Guess what it's now August and I still cannot use my voucher. Despite contacting Grab One Australia, they insist that the credit does not expire and I can use them on the other sites. How? The other sites are for the Central Coast, Brisbane and Canberra. No use to a Sydneysider in the least. I have requested a refund so I can purchase something else. All Grab One wants to do after nearly 4 weeks of emails is argue the toss. I have sent an enquiry to OFT and am awaiting a reply.

Grab One Australia, your tactics are deplorable.

OFT has now come back and after speaking with Jodi at CS, I was to receive a refund. I then received an email from Jodi saying they could credit my Grab One Account (useless the do not serve Sydney) or credit the person who brought the voucher (who incidently lives in NZ) originally again completely useless. What we can take from this is that they are completely inept at even carrying out what was promised to a gov body. I requested and definitive date as to when the Sydney and Melbourne sites would be up and running. Guess what, they don't know. It could be due to not having the staff or not enough businesses to sign up with them. Stay well away.

Absolutely Shocking!!

let me start by saying that I order on the internet ofen without a hitch . I ordered a steam cleaner from this site, not only did they overcharge my credit card by three times, it was hard to get through to their customer service to resolve this. The only line I could get an operator was if I was a Merchant who wanted to use their site. They then took another few days for someone to contact me and then they implied it was my error but credited the extra two payments. Item arrived after weeks, delivered straight from China, with wrong plug and adaptor ill fitting and slipping off. Cleaner was of the worst quality and did not do what it was supposed to. Still trying trying to contact Grab One but cannot get a response from them. Would never order again from this site..

Of course it is Grab Ones fault.. they are selling the product as theirs and as such should stand by the quality. They should at least answer emails/complaints instead of trying to palm them off to their subsiduary company Grabargains who they actually advised as being the supplier not the company in China. I have not received a response from either company despite sending numerous emails and their auto email assuring that someone will be contact within 24hours. This does not happen. The only way you can contact them is by phoning and going through the prospective merchant choice. Every other option goes through to a message bank. They make it as hard as possible to contact them. I order off the internet quite often and I often order products directly from China/Hong Kong (I used to live there) and I have never had a problem or service. This company is absolutely atrocious and I would never order from this company again.
