of a received phone call form Murdoch transport from Innisfail, QLD representative to say they HAVE delivered it to the wrong address and have sent drivers to try collect my paid item. So summer maybe resign from your job yoir clearly not good at it. These people running this show are stup!d they are thieves, they are incompetent and just lazy, honestly they should be shut down! Shame on you deals.com you scammers.
Don't waste your money on Healthy Life Clinic Spa Massage Deal – Purchased in Nov 23. When emailed as requested quoting voucher numbers they redeemed the vouchers and sent me booking times that didn't suit. Eventually agreed on dates and times and they kept cancelling. Rudest man I have ever spoken to. Speaks at you not to you. Extremely Aggressive. Eventually managed to get refund.

Fraud – Wife bought tickets to an Opera in Queensland. $1200 for 4 night performance. Money taken, 0 tickets and now a run around as to why and claiming not their fault. Agent confirmed on phone they had stuffed up but he couldn’t do anything about it. Avoid at all costs. Wife is commencing legal action. Much better options elsewhere.

own charge to my credit card says "QUANTITY 1". Even their own paper trail produced by their own company with their own name on it tells the truth against them. I have disputed it with my credit card company and they have responded. I can't wait to read what they could possible say to defend their red hand in the cookie jar events of lying and stealing. They went for two cookies of breaking commandments and got caught. I wonder if people will even read this and care?

No refund – Twice I have tried to get a refund, once for a voucher that expired about a week after I received it, an another for a redemption code that was not registered. I contacted DEALS on both occasions and have not a response, and there is no other way to contact them. Go directly to the vendor, cheaper and easier

After no response sending an email, i managed to get Marvell on the online chat and he sorted everything out, including touching base with me several times (again, supplier got booking dates wrong). Extended Expiry Date – Due to prolonged COVID 19 lock downs in Melbourne my daughter was unable to use her voucher, which was a gift from me, in the required time. I was delighted when the voucher was extended and she has rebooked for her experience. The communication was excellent and the Deals employee was amazing. Show reply
