I was looking for an adventure for my son and found there was a special on and saved a lot of money. I had the best day! Absolutely incredible experience with Adrenaline. I booked the a 20min helicopter tour over Sydney harbour and loved every second. The person guiding us was unbelievably rude from the start - dismissive, unfriendly, and clearly had no idea how to speak to customers with basic respect. felt inappropriate and unsettling. When you’re paying for an activity that’s supposed to be fun, the last thing you expect is to feel uncomfortable or disrespected the entire time.

I would not recommend this place if this is the kind of attitude they allow from their staff.

refund, that's actually stealing. This kind of practice says alot about how you operate as a business. A moral obligation to do the right thing was avoided at all cost. Shameful

It was an average experience overall. Having done quad biking in Bali, I don’t think this one offered good value for the money we paid ($135 per person). The bikes were not well maintained. had foot-pedal brakes, which took some time to get used to and felt outdated. As for the experience itself, it was mostly a slow wander along unsealed roads, followed by a very small amount of off-roading (maybe 5 minutes in total). That part involved riding briefly through some bushland, which was the only genuinely interesting section. After that, it was mostly just speeding around paddocks and racing each other. While that can be fun, I wouldn’t describe it as an “adventure,” especially when compared to similar experiences in Bali. All in all, it wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t particularly impressive. You could probably rent quad bikes elsewhere for cheaper and have a similar experience riding around paddocks. On a positive note, our guide was fantastic — very friendly, jolly, and personable. Unfortunately, that was the main highlight, as I don’t have many positive things to say about the overall quality of the experience.

Had a great experience with Adrenaline Jet Ski Tour. The break on the island was a must. Guides took the time to take photos for us on the beach which was great for the memories. Would visit again! Show reply

Went River Rafting yesterday (27/12) with ADRENALINE! Our Bus Guide, Lexxy, was fun, informative & entertaining! Our raft guide, Lilly (Canadian) was a blast to raft with! She guided us all the way throuh the river and over the crazy rapids! DEF 10/10! Show reply

they only worth $540. Sorry. That is when I asked to speak to the Team Leader instead. Without hesitation, and without escalation to the Team Leader, the CS person booked the intended event using the vouchers totalling $600. Fair outcome, but pity I had to climb through so many hoops to get there…
