needed to be thrown out. My computer was simply thrown into a box (upside down) with no padding of any sort. A fairly new $2000 iMac that no longer works. As well, what should have been a 2 to 3 hour pickup took them all day. I finally left just before 5pm and they were still trying to load the truck. As I said - not the company they used to be. Except for what they charge for the worst pickup I have ever had.

Fantastic company – Wonderful experience! They were friendly, professional and did everything to put my mind at ease. I asked a lot of questions and they did their very best to answer them all. I highly recommend them and will definitely use again for my next move.

Great Service, no issues!!! – Great delivery, on time, and very professional! Quickly unwrapped my shipment and removed all trash. They took care in every thing they did.

move from Alice Springs to Melbourne - terrible on numerous accounts – Used Grace to move from Melbourne to Alice springs in 2020- service was good. packed items not on the moving inventory on the truck (I had put all the items going together and clearly told them what was going). I saw some things on the truck and they removed them - but an expensive esky I was going to use for the road trip down went on the truck ( i worked out after looking for it). Difficult to get updates of when my items would arrive in Melbourne - i was quoted 2 to 3 weeks when i booked. It took 3 weeks for it to arrive in Melbourne and then I got a phone call saying it would be another 3 weeks before they could deliver. I made a big fuss and they delivered earlier. items were damaged - poweredcoated bed frame that they packed very scratched back to the metal in numerous places. boxes very squashed. i eventually got compensation for the bed and esky after many phone calls and telling the story and emailing it numerous times. When they eventually did find the esky in Adelaide they said they would call me when it arrived in Melbourne - never heard from them. It was not a good experience .

The only help you need – Choosing this company for my interstate move was the best idea I ever had. They did everything without any stress or hard work. They kept in contact all the way through my move and no request was too hard. They went over and above and anything unexpected was solved by them no problem. Damage and lost property – Moved from NT to Brisbane storage then to Newcastle. Torn boxes, smashed crystal, missing art work. I’ve moved interstate many times and this was the worst experience ever. Not happy!

Removal of contents from storage to new home – The two guys {David and David} from Grace Removals Darwin were excellent and moved the full contents of a three bedroom home and workshop from a storage shed to my new residence in a matter of a few hours. Belongings in storage – Grace Bros had some of our furniture and personal effects in storage at their Darwin Branch from December 1984 until January 2020. I was very happy to find that everything was still in very good condition after such a long period. Show reply

Adelaide. The only cost involved was at the delivery side in Adelaide and storage as it took awhile till i found a home. I could not be more thankful, just when I was giving up hope, my family received from a business in our community. The job was done very well extreme care and dedication. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts, will keep you updated.

Made moving an easy experience – Grace Darwin moved the contents of our home of 37 years from Darwin to north NSW. Everything went to plan. The packers were very professional, approachable and friendly. Grace also organised the moving of our wine which needed to remain temperature controlled. Everything arrived in good condition. Very Disappointed – 5 months ago we moved from NT to Brisbane and we are extremely disappointed with the way Grace Removals handled the relocation. When the furniture arrived we were horrified to find almost all the furniture (including expensive items) damaged. We had 2 very expensive mattresses, and we found that one had 2 holes in them and the other was grazed and… Read more

had mould growing on its side. We also had an expensive therapeutic back support chair, which we found had it's back snapped. Our bookshelf came back with a large hole on the top (it looks like it had been crushed by placing something on top). A bed frame and a bedside table came back with its sides chipped and the TV cabinet was badly grazed with 3 handles missing. In total there were over 20 items broken, with many of them missing pieces, screws, legs, handles, etc. The total loss comes to about $7330.

We have called and emailed the NT removalists who were responsible for the move, but they never replied or answered. The Brisbane Grace Removals company is still working on it, but it has been a while.
