Non existent service? Unacceptable customer service- 3 large items of furniture short delivered on my international move which happened 3 weeks ago... phones do not get answered, messages go unanswered! Not the way to treat paying customers. Just have the courtesy to let me know what's happening. Grace do not deserve the one star I ticked-pity there wasn't the option of zero stars.
Not worth 1 star! Lost 3 pieces of furniture on my international move and 1 month later after repeated phone calls and messages left I have had NO response? Disgusting unacceptable service.

Our move was to Victoria from Tasmania. Grace removals were very friendly, prompt and the service they provided was excellent. All our furniture arrived in the same condition that it was loaded. The guys were courteous and carefully loaded our furniture and packing boxes. We have used Grace removals before and our family has used Grace removals for many years. We highly recommend!
I would definitely move with Grace again. Everything went smoothly on both ends with the move. Both the removalists and customer service did a fantastic job. Andrea is passionate about her job and helping the customer. She is friendly, capable and added colour to the challenging moving days with her vibrant and uplifting personality. Thank you Grace and Andrea for a wonderful experience.

Administration team were very poor, and would not confirm pick up time until day before. Moving team were very friendly, but sloppy. A drawer and a cupboard were missed entirely. A small shot glass was wrapped in five huge layers of paper, yet an electric juicer was just tossed in a box. Storage service was reasonable, but somewhere along the way… Read more
several items were badly damaged, or worse, and could not be repaired. All in all, worth avoiding entirely.
Perfect move – Very difficult upload on very steep driveway in Austin’s Ferry. Four bedrooms two living rooms. Move to Beauty Point, started unloading at 8am finished at 12. Scott and his team were polite and friendly. They made a big move hassle free and very well organised.

A team that cares about its customers – Grace provided door-to-door service, shipping an antique leadlight glass display cabinet for me from Hobart to Melbourne. They handled the piece with such care - they carefully wrapped it to protect the leadlight. Excellent service on a hot day – Helpful and quick with nothing broken. Unpacked quickly and removed packaging.
Speechless – Interstate move. Was lied to, costs kept adding up, slow with uptake, super slow with redelivery. How are the ratings so high? I don’t get it.
Professional company – My move from Hobart to Bangkok was a huge success I can’t thank Andrea enough from Hobart department. All my good have arrived in Thailand as planned.

What A Relief! – My household moved over multiple states across Australia long distance. The move started on time and was delivered on schedule which I really appreciated. Very competent team – This was a big move over three days. The team was very quick - sometimes a bit too quick and labelling the boxes went a bit awry. But everything arrived safely with minimal issues. I have now moved with Grace 3 times including to Darwin and back and wouldn't use anyone else. They are always polite and methodical. However, as usual big problem getting the boxes collected. Arranged and didn't come and can't commit. Not happy. Show reply

Great job! – Move was 3 shipping containers from Brisbane to Tasmania. Move started on time into storage. Then got held up with Covid-19 restrictions. But eventually got here earlier than revised date. Came a day earlier than expected, to beat the weather. Got it all into the 3 bedroom house before the rain set in. Nice, polite men who knew their job and got on with it. Show reply
Best move of many – I moved a 2 bedroom house from Hobart to Canberra. Hobart team were pleasant, kept me in the loop and were very careful. Worked really hard when there was a delay out of their control to keep me updated and ensure my belongings arrived as quickly as possible. The Canberra team were efficient and helpful. I've moved multiple times for work in the last 10 years, and Grace is the best company I have moved with.
