My experience with this store was extremely negative and my advice is to go elsewhere because you are more likely to receive credible advice and respectful service,not driven purely by the bottom line,i.e.profit over customer satisfaction.
Follow-up · My experience with this store was so appallingly bad that it's hard to know where to begin however showing genuine interest in my questions and helping with setting up the seat height etc.should have been greeted with enthusiasm not perceived mockery.The response of the staff was beyond indifferent and required me contacting the head office in Victoria due to the deception and lies I encountered in store.The owner of the store is a pig and as stated I recommend going elsewhere if you want to avoid a wholly negative experience.
