Massive overcharging for the most simplest job. Toilet inlet valve needed replacing to stop cistern leaking/running. Total cost over $620 for 25 min work. They graciously gave me "$50 off " as I mentioned the coupon on the website. That means this company is operating on a $1000 hourly rates. When confronted the plumber said " oh we have high costs these days". Happy to pay for the same day call out fee but the rest was grossly unreasonable. All I could think of was how many pensioners are they charging like this?
