Through my business dealings with Ms Yumiki Huang, a Mandarin speaking agent, whom I was very satisfied. Yumiki communicated with me in my mother tongue which was not her own dialect but she could manage quite well even though at times she used her own language to complete her answers. Her customerised service was well regarded. I also found that she was knowledgeable in other relevant travel information. She was patient in guiding me through the process in other travel issue.

I appreciate her courage speaking another dialect in rendering a higher level of customer service to me.
