Get what you pay for – Have had these knifes for a month and they are not as sharp as advertised. Tried to cut tomato yesterday and the smallest knife could not slice it. Tried to cut chicken in half with larger knife and couldn’t do it. Had to use old knife. No so great

Do Not Waste Your Money – They look nice. They feel nice and have a good weight. They are dull as dirt. Had to sharpen each knife prior to use. Half way through peeling a dozen potatoes, the parer needed sharpening again. The slicer did not do a good job on tomatoes. Good knifes but – I have the set of knives. It came with a Fry pan which i absolutely love. I really like them. They hold an edge very well. As a chef who has his own food trailer, these knives work when I don't want others using my knives. But I did have a problem. The chef knife work for 2 shifts before yhe blade came out of the hilt. These are the perfect set of knives – These knives are perfect in cutting tomatoes. No more mess perfect thin slices every time. But not always about the tomato, each knife perfect for their intended purposes. Cooking can be a fun experience when you have knives as sharp as these. Show details
