Worst experience – Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with! Once you’ve paid your deposit you’re put to the side. You’re led to believe there are sooooo many designs to chose from but when you go to a “design meeting” someone turns up with a few similar plans printed on paper. the client. Took almost a year to complete. Quality of build is disgusting. I mean obviously crooked walls, brickwork and tiling. Chips in architraves, walls and paint all throughout. Defects being bought to attention multiple times and were not fixed until months later. Incompetent staff in all areas not including the accountant lady she’s always on time with those invoices for bodgy work. Now 2 years after moving in I’m having issue after issue and although I have warranty how do I chase up? Has anyone taken action with this company?

What happens to our structural warranty – I can relate to most reviews here with Granny Flat Leaders we had a granny flat built with them almost 2 years ago no communication what so ever, there were times when we never knew what tradies were coming & when, hardly ever returned calls, l was left waiting in the Parramatta office for around 45mins for a appointment after notifying the girl… Read more

at the front desk who just walked away & didnt come back l was the only person waiting & they were not busy, towards the end of our build there were around 8-10 minor but important things that still needed to be done but they still wanted the final payment, our main concern is now they have gone bust what happens to all the completed granny flats still under their structural warranty (which is for 6 years) we need repairs now as a result of water damage caused by the recent storms & rain here in Sydney where water has made its way in between the outside cladding & the inside wall under the window outside which is a result of poor workmanship when the cladding was put on, we still have 4 years warranty left now what happens..???

they went bust. I know at least one project manager [name removed] (one that called me for a 13k payment) is already building granny flats again. The problem we have now is knowing exactly what needs to be done to complete it. Don't do business with anyone that worked at this company.

Horrible non professional company – This company took one year to do minimal work. They now have gone bust and are under administration. Who knows what happens with the clientele base whose work is incomplete and they have also billed and stolen people’s money without finishing the job in hand. Slowest Company to deal with and do not return phone calls – Started okay with sales people getting you to sign contracts etc However, after construction started, its all downhill from there. if they still exist? We have had to set up the gas meter ourselves although this should have been a part of the contract. Their work is not complete and we were not handed paperwork after its been finalised.

Extremely Painful Process – 14 week build took 11 months, finally got occupancy certificate only to find electrical problems and tv aerial problems (paid for in upgrade). Have been pleading with site manager [name removed] for 6months, he keeps promising to send electrician who never turns up. Meanwhile tenant sits in darkness. so they are going to refer it to Building and Construction Service for site inspection, ( they can also look at cracks in concrete).

Slowest company ever – It all started with a rush and after I made the construction deposit and then the excavation 30% they disappeared for three months after doing one days work. When they came back the workers worked quickly for one day then the disappear again after I had made another payment. Went on forever. Show details

Thirteen months and still waiting – I engaged the company December 2017, and after completing payments December 2018, I am still waiting to take ownership as at 21st Jan, 2019. after receiving all my money, they now won't return my calls. I'm now waiting on the Dep't of Fair Trading to mediate for me.
