Excellence in Product and Service
Our daughter recommended Great Aussie Patios for our planned Patio as she was very pleased with hers. We were very impressed from start to finish from the initial measure, quote and suggestions through to completion. All staff and Contractors were very pleasant, professional, reliable and knowledgeable making it a pleasure to have them do our job at our house. Although we had a 5 month wait before start date (as was advised initially) it was well worth the wait and we really LOVE our patio and the workmanship. Highly recommended!

The whole experience from the initial point of contact through to the installation of the patios and follow up care was such a hassle free and pleasant experience. The industry knowledge is invaluable and we are so pleased that we went with the recommendations given by Peter at the initial quote. We couldn't be happier with the final product. Fantastic Service and Product
We did contact a few companies to replace our fairly ugly A frame of heavy jarrah and corrugated. Great Aussie was definitely the keenest and quickest off the mark. Brett came out did a measure, listened to how we wanted to modernise the design, and in no time flat gave us a quote before he left. Council approval taken care within the month as promised, and building started right on time to the date quoted (despite the rain and storms). ... Read moreorking for years (9 and 4) with the company, which says a lot in this industry. Could not fault from the start to the finish, and invoicing accurate and informed. Now have a patio with only one central beam, and insulated flat panels. Brilliant. Could not recommend more highly. Good mob too. Appreciated the "magnet mower" run over the patio and driveway to clean up, as we are bicycle owners as well, so no punctures.
Huge caravan/carport
Wow, we are so impressed with Great Aussie Patios. Very Prompt and professional. The carport was made extra wide and high to fit 2 cars and 2 caravans. It looks seamlessly beautiful and blends into the backgrounds of the bush beautifully. We chose Jasper and a pitch roof.
not what I expected
I chose great Aussie Patios for an attached carport from others based on price and the quality of the display. I am happy with the quality of the finished product and the installation but the design of the carport is far from satisfactory only in relation to the height which could not be altered as the beams were welded and to alter the installation would have weakened the structure I was told. I now have a carport that is 2.5 metres high at its lowest point (measured to the bottom of the beam) which offers little to no protection from the elem
... Read moreents and looks like a farm shed next to my house (see photos). If you intend to use GAP be wary of their salesmen as their advice is obviously not reliable. Make sure you are aware of what you're getting. You will not get anything like what is in their showroom which I was comfortable with and as I expected to be provided. From my reading of the sketch plan (after seeing what I was supplied with) the highest point of the structure was to be 3.05 metres from the ground. The finished product is 2.7 metres from the ground (They got the height of the eaves wrong). At the lowest point it is 2.6 from the ground. An extended carport opening (for a 4WD ) is around 2.2 metres high allowing for a garage door opener requires about another 200 mm making that 2.4 metres at the centre. The clearance at that point on my carport is 2.7 metres. Overall I believe that the structure is at least 300 mm too high which may not sound like much but it definitely makes a difference to the look of the structure. Look at the photos and decide if that is what you want. An A4 sheet of paper is about 300 mm high. I intend to extend this carport into an alfresco in the future probably using GAP but they will be doing what I say next time not what they say.- +1
Great patio, great service, very happy
We recently had a patio installed by Great Aussie Patios. This is the second time we have had them build us a patio and we couldn’t be happier. We found them to be very competitive in price and easy to deal with. We have dealt with Eamon Armitage the design consultant on both occasions and found him to be extremely helpful and reliable. Eoin the installer was friendly and did a great job. We would reccommend Great Aussie Patios to anyone looking for a patio. Glenn and Meagan, Canning Vale.

Very Happy
Great Aussie Patios were great to deal with, from the initial quote, council application and finally installation. The price was also very realistic from the start, so no need to haggle down the price.
Installation was done in one day, and the guys left the place looking very neat and tidy.
I would definitely recommend Great Aussie Patios.
Simply brilliant
I have just had a 130 square metre patio constructed by Great Aussie Patios. The construction took only two days and the installers who did the work were professional, friendly and swiftly went about their business. Unlike some so-called professionals, the Great Aussie Patio installers were not interested in popping in for a cup of coffee or to use the toilet or just to chat, there was no time wasting, just effective and professional trade perfection. I even had a phone call from the Manager to ensure I was totally happy and that was before the project started because Great Aussie Patios handled everything from the Council plans being approved to cleaning up behind themselves when the job was done. I was recommended to use Great Aussie Patios and I can recommend them to anyone as well. I am certain they are not the cheapest, there are some very cheap and nasty companies out there, this is not one of them if you care about your home. This is the company to use, the people that recommended them to me were not wrong. I am happy.

I have had another great experience with what I believe are the best patio people in Western Australia. They were exceptional from the beginning. Because I had my eaves removed to allow for extra height, the roofer left Great Aussie Patios with a huge problem by removing the eaves back to the inside walls.
Great Aussie Patios then had to resort to thinking outside the box to resolve the problem and came up with a solution. Which they did and very well at that!

Questions & Answers
I worry about these 5 star reviews. Almost of the view that are professionally written. Should there be proof f purchase on all these reviews. The only one I am taking any notice of is the 3 star review as they posted proof of the finished product which is the reason I will avoid them.
The others that posted 5 star reviews how about posting pictures as proof ?
Can’t help you believe what you will, but I can only text my observations. I went to one mob and they wouldn’t use my existing brick half pillars, which were part of my fish pond. Patios understood the issue, engineered around it, and we have a beautiful simple practical patio, which is also fully internally insulated.
Post proof.
Just goes to show you. Post anything they do not like a then see a flood of 5 star reviews without any proof.
Come on Product Review ask for proof of purchase and photos of the work done.
I am in the stages of getting a patio from these guys and so far the service has been disgraceful. I will not be recommending these people and I will post photos.
