Unreal balance transfer interest free period – I was approved for a new credit card with balance transfer a couple months ago. At the time of approval there was a promotion of balance transfer interest free period of more than 1-2 years. I used the card as usual, and made repayments weekly to cover my weekly purchasing balance to avoid purchase interest. Surprisingly, I have got purchase interest charge on every bill since the 2nd bill.
I contacted them for the unusual interest charges. Today, I just found that my balance transfer, with 1-2 years interest free, has been reduced to be lower than 1/4 of the beginning balance. But my purchasing balance, which should be nearly zero according to my weekly regular repayments, has not been repaid and is approximately at 7 time of my weekly spending.
It seem like the bank deduct my repayments to the Interest Free Balance Transfer First which is difference other bank. Still waiting for more answer on this likely misleading.
In case of credit card account with interest-free Balance Transfer balance within the it interest-free period, how do you allocate customer's repayment? Do you allocate all of the repayment to the interest-free Balance Transfer first or Interested Purchasing Balance first?

I just need the condition and information on how do you allocate or prioritize customer's repayment when their closing balance are a combination of purchasing balance, balance transfer, cash advance, etc. If you can provide other condition publicly, this information is need to public as well. All of the current and potential customer need to know this information.
